Thanksgiving is also a holiday in Canada. Canadians celebrate it in October.

So you showed all about polishing brass and other metals.
How about acrylic, plastic, ebonite, ultem, whatever else?

Thank you for answering my question! I love my sturdy brass pens. After my own Christmas rush is over, polishing them is going to be my relaxing zen project. Happy Thanksgiving to you and the Goulet team!

Thanks Brian for all the info! I also own a business with my wife and we still tighten up chair bolts, unclog toilets, check on the boiler, and all the little tasks that don’t fall under someone’s job description. Like us, you are CEO, chief cook, and bottle washer. We really appreciate you guys over all these years! You help make so many people’s lives better. I refuse to buy on Amazon and support small business for these products!

I also have reviewed over a thousand inks at this point so I'm a pretty good refererence too :)

Y'all keep up the great work. I appreciate y'all and just placed an order for my first extra-fine nib ever. Y'all still have my support. 👍

@46:07 "Too much nutmeg can cause hallucinations, convulsions, pain, nausea, paranoia and can last for days" - I wonder if our extended family get-togethers always suffer from "nutmeg poisoning?" I just thought it was the awkward and highly controversial conversations that left everybody in a state of disarray. Lol.

As you were talking about all of the jobs you all do. You must run into customer service with customers who speak other languages and/or heavy accents. How do you deal with that? Do you have employees who are bilingual?
