I also own a business with my wife and we still tighten up chair bolts, unclog toilets, check on the boiler, and all the little tasks that don’t fall under someone’s job description. As you were talking about all of the jobs you all do. You must run into customer service with customers who speak other languages and/or heavy accents. How do you deal with that? Do you have employees who are bilingual?

Thanksgiving is also a holiday in Canada. Canadians celebrate it in October.
