This is most useful commentary. There seems to be a lot of ignorance and emotional distress about this development. There should have been massive community education and consultation during the process. It’s sad that a seemingly beneficial regional economic development has been politicised to the extent that ordinarily rational people have been drawn into a confused and fruitless exercise. Unfortunately like everything in our country the masses have been hoodwinked to believe and operate on ignorance. Very sad!
