It’s possible to include a quote in your title, but think about why you’re including the quote and what purpose it serves. As for coming up with a good running head title: a. Focus on just communicating the main point (i.e., the purpose of the paper). b. Use abbreviations if applicable. c. Avoid including subtitles or anything that appears after a colon (in your original title). d. Focus on including the main keywords of your title in one short phrase (50 characters or less).
