Your mom wanted the arch. If you give it to her, Aaron will be happy and your mom will be happy. Plus Laura could enjoy the arch in use when at her parents house. Then mom could "will" it back in the end. Win, win, win.
I think it’s beautiful and I wouldn’t like to have it leave my garden either. Although, since Aaron hates it, it’s not worth keeping. It probably annoys him every time he sees it.
I think that garden Arch has its own sort of beauty, so I can see where Laura is coming from. But I'm with Aaron. It just doesn't seem to go with the aesthetic of their property. It has more of a Moroccan feel to me and always seemed just a little out of place in their triangle garden. But that's just me I guess. I love the idea of mom taking it. Then Laura can still enjoy it, but from afar! Hahaha! Though if anyone can make it look lovely on their property, it's Laura.😊
Hi Laura and Aaron. I vote a resounding YES to a garden tour soon, please. In fact - I'm sure it was a LOT of work, but I really appreciated the year that you did monthly tours. It gives us a snapshot of where your garden is, and by comparison, where our gardens are. I'm sure they're a pain in the neck and I know you like to show off your pretties - but a regular tour (good, bad & ugly) really is very insightful to your audience. Just my two cents worth.
I burst out laughing when the comment asked about putting the arch in the new garden. 😂 And when Laura said it’s pretty, Aaron had no words but his face said it all! Beauty is definitely in the eyes of the beholder with this feature! Happy Easter to everyone! 💕
I giggle whenever Aaron voices his opinion about that arch. I suspect Laura will not give in on eliminating it, and honestly, I'd be pretty disappointed if she did give in.
So glad you did a video on installing drip irrigation in Aaron’s sister’s new raised bed. I am grateful you forgot to prepare for them BEFORE you finished the beds 🤭 It may have been a pain for you but I think there are lots of us out here who want to install drip to existing raised beds. Imagining how to get the lines TO & BETWEEN the beds is stopping me from doing it. I need to see it done. Some of my beds are connected together too, and I’m not sure how to get from one to the other. 😳😵💫
I feel Laura”s desire to get things done herself. I have 4 boys, but I like doing routine physical labor out in the garden by myself. Many people can’t understand why I don’t get them to do it for me. Working in the garden is one of the main enjoyments for me.
As a 79 year old, I feel the same way. In part, it is because I want things done a certain way, and that doesn’t happen when someone else is involved, in my experience. Lots of people walking by have asked that question over time, especially with hard physical work, but I have come to enjoy that work, and it has kept my arms strong over time. I have come to know what I can and cannot do, and do get help when necessary, but it has been a very good thing for me.
I have 5 boys; all grown. I totally relate to you Julia Binford. My middle son and his wife have just a flat yard with a lawn and that is the way they prefer it as they hate yard work. But if I ever need help they are right there. Usually for my birthday or holidays they always get me plants as they know that’s my hobby. When I am weeding or pruning it is just very meditative. Spring is usually my busiest time usually but this year is different. Had major surgery-first one ever so I didn’t know what to expect. 3 months of healing and physical therapy. And as weird as this sounds… I just want to get my hands in the dirt! I am looking forward to next year to divide and propagate plants. My neighbor always says with all those boys why aren’t they helping? I always tell him they do. But I am very high energy so he sees me out there almost everyday. But when I need help I’ll ask for it and my boys are always happy to help so is my husband…they just can’t keep up with me because I have a hard time not doing anything. I think that why I enjoy watching Laura…more so that I’m still healing.
Laura, I love your arch. It looks like a fairytale arch. I think Samantha will love it when she gets older. Maybe you can make her a princess garden with the arch as an entry way.
Doing regular garden tours is a great way of documenting your progress through the years as well as making a record of where things are located when you may not be able to see them like bulbs and such. Bee Hives… I’m thinking that you might be able to find someone who would install their hives on your property and do all of the tending to them and in return, give you a percentage of the honey as ‘rent’. Win-win!
Great suggestion Tami Gami on the bee hives. I have been purchasing bulbs for years from Costco. I save the bag and write the date and where I planted them. I then file it in my file cabinet. I also take pictures and write notes of other plants or bulbs in that area. And when they are starting to come up or are in bloom I get pictures so I can see the difference and also gives me something to look forward to and/or what else I could add for seasonal interests.
Bees: Laura perhaps you could buy Aaron a “Flow-hive” for Father’s Day. Great father and son project.. Both educational, bonding , & fun memories. You & Samantha Grace could video them for a change. Who else in the GA community agrees?
Trellisgate 2023 😉 All in favor that if Laura can't find a spot to use it by summer it goes to Laura's Mom 🙋🏼♀️😂🤗 I know Laura loves it, but I think Susan would love it even more and it would be a great surprise. Maybe she can incorporate it in by her flower shed and the fence held up by cattle posts. It just needs to be used by someone somewhere 🤣🍃 🙏 🌱🌿
Laura, it helps us to see how the plants look when they are beginning to pop-up. Remember we aren't watching your channel to only see things when they are at their peak, but we are learning about all phases of a plant's life cycle. Please do a garden tour now - it can be so helpful. On the bee topic - you have more plants - that will help keep them around. If you read Jodi Picoult's book 'Mad Honey' she provides a lot of useful information within her novel on what it takes to keep bees happy. I stepped on a rock a couple of years ago and it took more than 6 months to heal. Would Aaron like that arch if you painted it black?
To the viewer who asked if she should worry about jumping worms from new plants, the answer is yes. Erin, from Impatient Gardener, talked about how she got infested with jumping worms because they came with a plant she purchased. Also, while some dogwoods won’t take zone 8, most dogwoods, kousa, Florida, nuttali, are perfectly happy in zone 8, so I hope no one in zone 8 is deterred from those.
Happy Easter! I agree with Aaron about the garden tour. I would love to see the good, bad, and the ugly😊 Which your garden is beautiful regardless, so please consider to share all with us.
I agree. The channel is called Garden Answer. Rather than seeing the colorful fruit of the planting effort, we can learn more when Laura would vocalize her vision for open spaces. We all have them and we can all learn from her decisions about choices plants and their placement.
As a beekeeper myself, I would personally advice against the flow hive. It makes sense for commercial farmers but the biggest appeal for them is that you don’t disturb the bees. If the intent is to grow your knowledge about bees and appreciate their hard work, never opening a hive doesn’t make sense. To ensure hives are free of pests and viruses, you should be inspecting a hive at least once every 10 days as temps allow. If you don’t care about the conversation of bees and just want the honey, then get a flow hive.
I DID IT! I put in the drip system yesterday after watching your videos twice over the winter! I did not know that Menards had a super secrete aisle just for irrigation! I also bought a timer for four zones for future projects! Project 1 cost 167.24, Timer was 65.00, I have connections left over and a 25.00 rebate. If you are on the fence about doing drip irrigation, jump off. The timer is also bluetooth! Thanks Laura and Double A-ron!!! Happy Easter!
"Why do we live here?" lol this so resonates with me. We are a zone 3b, so winter is or "twigs " is all we have until late May... I ask myself this so often, lol. The things I old do in a zone 7... I guess we just need to dream!! Thank you both for all you do. You still teach an old gardener new tricks!!
Happy Easter everyone! I love the idea of a garden tour before the garden wakes up. It really gives us an idea of the structures of the garden. I started with and perennial garden and am trying to and some shrubs evergreen interest. I am doing it backwards so seeing your garden would be helpful. Maybe a compromise would be to use the arch as an entrance to the rose garden😂
I would really like to see garden tours out of season. On your channel and all channels. When I want to plant things, I want to know what it will look like all year, but websites and plant tags seem to ONLY show each plant in full glory, even if it will only look like that for 2 weeks out of 52 weeks. I want to know what to expect most of the time!
Laura- you look SO beautiful in white! It makes your eyes pop!! I’ve been watching your videos for years now, for some reason they bring me comfort. Thanks for sharing your beautiful life and garden with all of us🥰
I'm just in the process of designing a greenhouse and I would buy with a gift card raised garden beds from Garden Supplies. That would be super great and easier on my back. I've been gardening for over 50 years! Laura has been such a wonderful inspiration to me, along with my late Dad. Now, I'm keeping it in the family. My son is a gardener as well as his daughter, who is 3 years old. Every time she comes over, she says, "Grandma, let's plant your flowers and do a garden tour." Lol That just melts my heart! Thanks, Laura and Aaron, for all your dedication and hard work you share with us.
I live in a condo but would be able to do a small raised bed in the back and would also go for some decorative items as well as hanging baskets and plant hangers.
Hi Laura and Aaron, I don’t usually comment but have been watching you for years after I first became obsessed with gardening and needed some good guidance. I love your videos and they are so informative. Two years ago my siblings and I bought a flow hive for my mother for Christmas. We are in Australia quite close to where they were invented. My mother was a complete beginner when it came to bees and no one in our family had ever kept them. I think a lot of the controversy from the flow hive launch was a misstep in how they initially advertised the invention leading people to believe you basically didn’t have to do anything with the bees - just put them in and leave them then turn a tap and collect honey. If you watch some of Flow Hives lives now they do address this occasionally and have pivoted. All the information they give is in line with responsible bee keeping. My mother still checks the hive, treats for pests and does inspections for queens etc and it’s been amazing. She has the hybrid flow hive that has some traditional frames and some of the flow hive frames. She says she would only buy that one again since the bees can build their own frame as well as use the plastic one. She’s had some flow harvests that have yielded over 11kg of honey, her hive has split twice and she’s now got three! It’s not as easy as putting bees in and walking away and you need to maintain the hive and check the bees but her bees are as happy and healthy as any in traditional hives and watching the honey flow out from the hive is an amazing experience for everyone. Also the flow hives come with cute roofs which I think is especially aesthetically pleasing. One of her traditional beekeeping friends did say that you need to lift the flow hive part off the brood boxes to harvest as some people have drowned their hives because the honey flowed slowly out of the tap and backed up and dripped into the bee boxes. Mum was just careful and didn’t turn the tap on all the way and it worked out perfectly fine. I just thought I’d leave our experience coming from zero beekeeping knowledge with a flow hive because I know a lot of people are still iffy about them but I think in terms of looks and experience if cared for the right way they are great.
What about the entrance to the new new property, as it meets that land's esthetic. Or gift to your mom for near her garden shed 😉 so you can still enjoy and it will live on in another garden ❤ Blessings from 7b, NE Georgia!
I’m a total fan of Skechers, especially the Go Walk series. My Dad is now hooked on them too. Slip-on and ultra Cush insole that lasts for years. Walk all day on pavement and you barely notice tired feet or legs. I’m 60 so that’s a major plus. Love your channel! Thanks for the amazing inspirational content!
Yes, I have used perennial ground covers in a few pots for spillers in them. Then I have a steady supply to pull from either in other pots or in ground. But I have learned to watch out for it taking over other annuals in the pots. It plays better with a hardy decorative grass than a precious delicate flower . Anxious to learn what ground covers work for you guys.
Impatient Gardner did an episode last year on jumping worms - apparently it is a pretty serious issue since they deplete the nutrients in the soil. I want to say she also mentioned they kill earth worms.
Wow , you guys are looking GREAT this morning!....just got our power back afterlosing it five days ago....An ice storm caused so much havoc here last Wednesday. ...tree branches covered with ice breaking off because of the weight, bringing down power lines damaging cars and houses ...a large part of Montreal and surrounding areas lost power since then, don't know if it's back everywhere yet....crazy weather!!! forecasts of 72F/22C later this week❄/☀
Laura, as someone who has experienced both, I'll point this out. If it feels like you stepped on a rock on the heel or arch of your foot, it's called Plantar Fasciitis. If the pain is in the ball of a foot, under your toe area, it's called a Norman Neuroma. Both are extremely painful and can require a steroidal injection into the nerve area. Let me say that an injection into the bottom of the foot is excruciatingly painful. Look for shoes specifically shaped/designed to prevent these from occurring. Generally means the shoe has a wider toe box. Or the padding of the shoe is designed to take the pressure off certain areas of the foot. It seems once you get a Neuroma, it will Generally become reoccurring. I currently have a Neuroma under the toe area again and it is very painful. Definitely keep up with getting the right shoe.
I experience this pain on a daily basis. Had the shots for years until a Dr did something that had me screaming in pain. The shot never worked, I ended up in surgery (a different Dr), and still have that pain. I walk like Quasimodo and spend hundreds of dollars on shoes… My best word of advice: take care of your feet because they affect so many areas in your body.
I have had plantar fasciitis for the last 2 years, but have had tremendous relief with acupuncture. The relief came within 3 sessions. To remain pain free now, it's treated about once every 10-12 weeks. So much better!
I had excruciating foot pain that a Dr. corrected by having me change to higher heeled footwear. No steroidal injection "required." Change your footwear it may be all that you need.
I got "all of the sudden" pain from plantar fasciitis after years of wearing shoes without good support. It didn't happen gradually I just got up one day and couldn't walk without pain. I learned my lesson and bought some shoes with decent support and now I am back to being pain free. It's age, Laura. 😂
Once I got into my 30's I had to stop wearing Vans because they have no arch support & were killing my feet. Now I wear New Balance & they are so comfortable. Maybe not as cool looking though 😅
A pallet of stone like that is about $800 to $900 here in Williamsburg. It is expensive stuff. It weighs a bloody ton, but looks fantastic on the ground. I didn’t throw away any of it, using small pieces to sit statuary on, a little fairy or bird, so they wouldn’t get lost in a bed.
I’d love to see a garden tour! I know there isn’t much happening in the garden but it’d be fantastic for other gardener to see what’s popping up from the soil! Spring has so much excitement and it’d be great I’d your shared it!
Herb garden! Yes!!! Please! Love your videos. All my gardening is based on your videos/education provided. Love, Love, Love! Has become my go-to for me time!
This morning I interacted with my husband about something’s he forgot to do and should do( in a very loving way) and he responded with humor and we had time laughing we each other JUST like you two did in this video it makes me happy to see such a beautiful relationship we have with our spouses. Thank you
Maybe the arch could become the opening of a “secret garden” space - hidden from obvious sight amongst the trees in the future, and Aaron would appreciate it in the different context.
Laura if you want to try bees again feel free to ask any questions you have. We have bees for a few years now and have learned some tips. Never had much luck purchasing nucs, but always had great results with purchasing packages. You need to feed them sugar water for the first month or so. Also when you put them in their new hive we put a pine bough in front of the hive touching it so they can orient themselves that this is home. Without knowing what you did/didn't do just some tips.
You two were hilarious today!! Both "poking the bear" on each other! Lol Every couple gets a lil feisty from time to time. Get your head in the game, roses, bees, arch... LOL🤣😂🥰 Love following your channels!
My husband and I have been developing our cottage garden few 3 years! When the Gardener's Supply Company catalog arrives in the mail I start dreaming! I would use the gift card to start building an enclosed raised garden area!
Don't give away your arch! Your garden vision is spot on and your taste and design are why you have so many followers. Sorry Aaron but the arch is a dream for most of us. Let Laura's taste lead the garden LOL!
FEET issues are no joke. Wore non-arch supportive shoes for years when a very young mom and before that when most of my jobs were mainly 'on my feet' all day. Vans have no arch support though are so fun. Stick to arch support shoes. Chacos (Z strap styles and a few others) have good arch support if you doing non-auger projects, as they can be hosed off well (I have a dedicated "garden pair"). When super hot outside in Deep South, it's so nice to have the arch support but my toes are cool and can cool down with a quick spray from the hose, too!
Aaron really doesn’t like that arch much to your chagrin 🤣 The stone path os looking fantastic, and I can’t wait for your garden to burst full of blooms and plants.😊
Love watching your show and the development of your amazing property. I’m in South Carolina and you and your husband inspire me! Thank you for your honest, wise advice!
Dear Laura and Aaron, I have loved your channel for several years and have learned so much from you, both! However, I urge you to educate yourselves about Jumping Worms. They do exist is Oregon, in fact, they have invaded most of the states. I have them in New Hampshire. Your friend Erin has them in Wisconsin. Again, please learn more about them!
Maybe Aaron would like the arch more if you gave it a makeover? He seems to be a super tidy person. The rusty parts may be what's throwing him off. It's such a beautiful arch, and I would love to see it used in your garden again.
I totally Agee. It’s a beautiful garden piece. If it’s the colour that Aaron doesn’t like, then paint it. Black to blend, or white to match fencing & structures.
Laura, I think Aaron would probably love the arch if it was sandblasted to remove the rust then painted in a nice glossy black paint. I know the arch would be absolutely gorgeous.I love your video. Thank you for sharing! Happy Easter Sunday!
I wish Proven Winners did sell bare root roses. There is joy in watching them grow from the roots. I have grown many plants from bare roots and love them.
Laura Sketchers running shoes are the best. It feels like you’re walking on clouds and machine washable. Great recap video loved everything. Aron helps he does a lot but he’s just in the background. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us. Appreciated.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
If she has planter’s fasciitis, sketchers r horrible for that. I have it, and my sketchers made it so much worse. I switched to Hokas, and my feet r now doing much better!
Yes, we still have slot of snow here in AK. It is sixteen degrees here. Snowing more tonight. We have had more snow than usual this year. Glad I have plants growing inside and seeds germinating!
My youngest daughter (29) and I took a "Bee" class two weeks ago. (WA State) I realized so hard that I knew absolutely nothing about bees! Now I know. The number one reason that bees leave a hive is that people are spraying pesticides. Even if your neighbors spray, the bees will leave. There is so much more and I was thrilled to have the learning opportunity. Love your videos!!
I watch your videos every day. Thank you for your inspiration. If I won the Gardener's Supply Gift I would purchase a trellis or obelisk for my friend's garden. Thank you.
Laura, a garden tour would be great even without color. You can walk around recording your thoughts on plant placement, changes you might make, etc. I tour myself thru my own gardens and just stare them down! 🤣 It helps me see things I miss just walking by every day and I usually come up with improvement /solutions to things which just don't look right to me.
Happy Sunday & Easter Garden Answer friends. I am a day late catching Saturday's recap, since we had our Easter, Family get together yesterday. My 2 cents: I loved everything throughout the week videos I caught every a.m. at 7 EST. . I totally relate to foot pain Laura. 35+ years ago, I stubbed my foot hard into the corner of my bed while living at my childhood home at 16-17 yes old & within a couple hrs 3 of my toes were black, blue, purple & swollen. so I headed to ER, I was sure, I had broken multuple toes. Good news, I had not broken toes just a ton of broken blood vessels, but during the xray the Er Dr found I had broken a bone off the the right side of my foot from a previous injury. I had slipped down our farmhouse wooden steps yrs past & my foot hurt on occasion but thought it was result of new shoes, which I stopped wearing. It certainly was a learning experience of how many small tiny bones, hairline fractures can happen without having any bruising only sore with minimal swelling. Best of luck with your new shoes providing continued relief. Moving on to the bare root roses project at the college & comment from viewers regarding Aaron "lack" of assisting. My rant: Some peooles comments may not be the intent of being rude, but they are..Rude people. Just because Aaron is not seen physically in the video, as you mentioned Laura doesn't indicate he isn't helping in some way. Yes I will insert rolling eyes 🙄...Continue to work as you both do, since your life seems to be harmonious. Thanks for the continued videos, & weeknd recaps. Blessings to all
I would love to get some sort of fountain for my garden from gardeners supply but honestly I am just beginning my garden so I could use a lot of stuff. A bird bath would be great for the birds.
Love Love Love Laura!!! I would love the raised beds. We are down sizing our garden and these would be GREAT for our strawberry plants. Love Gardeners Supplies doing such a great project with Laura!!!!
I would buy a drip system from Gardener's Supply for my raised gardens if selected for the contest. Thanks so much for your tutorials on the assembly of the raised garden beds and also the green house at your sister's house....so cute and compact. I have learned so much.
I’d buy a garden cart and tools with that $500 gift card to Gardeners Supply. Their products are so quality! Your sister in laws garden space is looking so inspirational. Can’t wait to see it all come together
I too like the arch ,,,,I picture it with climbing roses all over it ....someone else mentioned at the entrance to a rose garden ....maybe a cute little iron table with a little chair , and Laura sitting there reading a gardening book ( the reading a book part wouldn't happen , I can't picture a time of the day that Laura would have time to sit and lounge lol )...happy easter
yes please!!!! im totally with Aron! im desperately awaiting the garden tour... I've been feeding off of last year mays tour playing it over and over again trying to get excited about next month!
I woke this morning thinking about your property because I dreamed of it!! Lol I extended your garage forward...so you could park in there, remove the gravel from behind the chicken coup toward the east and down to the opening of the new property & incorporate that area into your land, make the area where there driveway was, mirror the west side garden on the east. Then both sides would be formal and less area for Aaron to pave your driveway! Lol
I’d buy one of their beautiful rain barrels, and a Sunlite 2 grow lite systems. Our first beautiful day here in southeast Wisconsin, where it has seemed we got all our winter snow after the first day of spring! Happy Easter!
Here in Aotearoa/New Zealand, you can rent your garden to beekeepers. My place isn't the right conditions (though we do get a fair few bees coming through), but my friends have about 9 hives on their property (under their wind-break of manuka trees, which makes some great medicinal honey). The benefit of this is that you can learn to keep or assist, BUT if you don't have time or the bees abscond or whatever, the keepers sort it out. :)
Your mom wanted the arch. If you give it to her, Aaron will be happy and your mom will be happy. Plus Laura could enjoy the arch in use when at her parents house. Then mom could "will" it back in the end. Win, win, win.
I think it would look great at her mom’s house.
It would look beautiful as an understory
Yes it would be perfect at her moms garden! She has a more rustic, natural garden and it would look beautiful!!
I think it’s beautiful and I wouldn’t like to have it leave my garden either. Although, since Aaron hates it, it’s not worth keeping. It probably annoys him every time he sees it.

Yes He is, happy Easter 😊
Amen. 🌷💚🙃

You should raise some honey bees for Benjamin. I have such sweet memories of helping my dad with his bee hives and extracting the honey.
"What makes you think my head is not in the game?" - Laura. 😂😂😂 Go get 'em, girl! Lol!
A Blessed Resurrection Day to All. He is Risen! Hallelujah.
I burst out laughing when the comment asked about putting the arch in the new garden. 😂 And when Laura said it’s pretty, Aaron had no words but his face said it all! Beauty is definitely in the eyes of the beholder with this feature! Happy Easter to everyone! 💕
Love the interchange like this because it’s respectful and still kind. I laughed too.😁💗💕
Host a giveaway. Lol
I did also!! 😆😆
AARON!! That arch is BEAUTIFUL!!! Laura don’t let him sway you to put it behind the barn!!!! 😂
Or put the arch at the opening of the new land by the mulberry tree!
I think the arch should be the entrance to the brush pile area to beautify that space!!!
I giggle whenever Aaron voices his opinion about that arch. I suspect Laura will not give in on eliminating it, and honestly, I'd be pretty disappointed if she did give in.
@@sandy-rr1by Maybe behind the brush pile. I'm with Aaron on this one. I don't like it.
I’m on Aaron’s team about the arch 😅

Laura, I love your arch. It looks like a fairytale arch. I think Samantha will love it when she gets older. Maybe you can make her a princess garden with the arch as an entry way.
Doing regular garden tours is a great way of documenting your progress through the years as well as making a record of where things are located when you may not be able to see them like bulbs and such.

Bees: Laura perhaps you could buy Aaron a “Flow-hive” for Father’s Day. Great father and son project.. Both educational, bonding , & fun memories. You & Samantha Grace could video them for a change. Who else in the GA community agrees?
Australian young man invention
South Georgia here, intrigued! 🙋
Sounds like fun!
✌️💖🙏
Flow hives are prohibited are some states. Please check your state regulations before purchasing
Oh, Definitely! Nothin' like the Boys Bonding over Bees 🐝😊. Or bonding over any project ...
Perfect!
I love that arch. It wood look amazing as an opening leading to your structured garden in front of the Hartley.
I bet Aaron would like the arch better if you de-rusted it a bit & painted it black. Also would love to watch a makeover video about it. 😉
I love that Arch! maybe a makeover and painted black would make Aaron love it again. I would love that arch!
The raised beds are gorgeous, I’d love to have them about another board taller😊since I’m 70! So I’d be buying a taller cedar bed with the gift card❤
So happy to hear you're going to Monica's home next! 👍❤
hahaha, telling Laura she needs help getting her head in the game, that made me laugh!
You're such a beautiful couple and I love watching everything you do.
Aaron really hates that arch!!! Aaron: “Maybe we can host a giveaway…we’ll help you load it!!!”😂😂😂
Happy Easter!
Ty for this comment. I was considering a flow hive until now ❤
Tony, you are spot on! Bees need to be cared for and inspected on a regular basis. Mite washes and treatments to effectively manage them are critical.
@@BigValleyBeekeepersGuild mite washes for honey bees?
Lynda Whitty;
Awesome and thank you for sharing.
Which video did Laura show it in? I would like to learn.
@@tinaknutsen LOL, She just posted a new one; on setting up drip!!!! "Setting up a complete System for Raised Beds."
So paint the arch to make it look better! Stuff like that is hard to find and is usually expensive.
Laura, please use the rusted arch somewhere on your property. It's gorgeous, whimsical, and reminds me of gardens in the YK and France.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful life and garden with all of us🥰
Hey Aaron you got your way by getting rid of the box round hedge in the back garden. Let Laura have the BEAUTIFUL arbor in the garden again!! 😍
Every time she comes over, she says, "Grandma, let's plant your flowers and do a garden tour." Lol
That just melts my heart! Thanks, Laura and Aaron, for all your dedication and hard work you share with us.
The Impatient Gardener has Jumping Worms!
I live in a condo but would be able to do a small raised bed in the back and would also go for some decorative items as well as hanging baskets and plant hangers.
Hi Laura and Aaron,
I don’t usually comment but have been watching you for years after I first became obsessed with gardening and needed some good guidance.
Or gift to your mom for near her garden shed 😉 so you can still enjoy and it will live on in another garden ❤
Blessings from 7b, NE Georgia!
I had the plantar fasciitis for months. Agony. Had to wear a foot/ankle support. Putting my foot down first thing in the morning. Ouch.
I have had plantar fasciitis for the last 2 years, but have had tremendous relief with acupuncture. The relief came within 3 sessions. To remain pain free now, it's treated about once every 10-12 weeks. So much better!
Try Hoka One One or Altra shoes maybe
I had excruciating foot pain that a Dr. corrected by having me change to higher heeled footwear. No steroidal injection "required." Change your footwear it may be all that you need.
Erin from the Impatient Gardener talked about Jumping Worms about 7 months ago on one of her Q & A's at approx. the 5:50 min. mark...
That's where I first learned of them.
I got "all of the sudden" pain from plantar fasciitis after years of wearing shoes without good support. It didn't happen gradually I just got up one day and couldn't walk without pain. I learned my lesson and bought some shoes with decent support and now I am back to being pain free. It's age, Laura. 😂
I live in a senior high-rise & would love to buy some large planters & plants to make an oasis for all to enjoy! Thanks Gardner's Supply!
Happy Easter!!🐣Thank you for sharing the jumping worms comment! What a fun and funny random conversation! Love you guys!!!❤
Hi Laura and Aaron! I agree with others, give the arch to your Mom. I hope Aaron gets his rose garden. Thank you so much for sharing!
Herb garden! Yes!!! Please! Love your videos. All my gardening is based on your videos/education provided. Love, Love, Love! Has become my go-to for me time!
Good morning Garden Answer friends! Happy Easter everyone! 🐣
This morning I interacted with my husband about something’s he forgot to do and should do( in a very loving way) and he responded with humor and we had time laughing we each other JUST like you two did in this video it makes me happy to see such a beautiful relationship we have with our spouses. Thank you
I love the way those raised beds look, I would certainly buy some if I ever won a gift card for sure!
Love the arch what about putting it at the opening of the kids garden that you did last year.
You two were hilarious today!! Both "poking the bear" on each other! Lol Every couple gets a lil feisty from time to time. Get your head in the game, roses, bees, arch... LOL🤣😂🥰 Love following your channels!
A garden tour would be great now so there is a base level for reference to compare against later in the season.
Stay focused dear Laura and Aaron. You're doing a great job together. Don't be discharged. Blessings to both and your families. Happy Easter. 🤗🙏🏼😍
I think the arch would fit in better in your parent's garden. You could always go visit it.😊
Love watching your show and the development of your amazing property.
The arbor could use a good sanding and painting to make it look brand new. I agree with Aaron I don't like the "rusty" arbor.
I love my winter Heather groundcover. Blooms even through snow.
Have to replay this segment about arch for when I need a really good laugh. Aaron is so on point!!!
I love the garden tours, but I also understand how much work it must be to bring us into your garden.
Y’all remind me so much of my son and daughter-in-love with your interactions. Y’all are so cute
Don’t give up on the arch Laura!! It’s gorgeous!!
I watch your videos every day. Thank you for your inspiration. If I won the Gardener's Supply Gift I would purchase a trellis or obelisk for my friend's garden. Thank you.
If there was a room that defined the word perfection; it is this. I absolutely love it.
I love the rusty stuff!! Let her keep the Arch, Aaron will change his mind after a few years:)
Hi Laura. I just got a At last rose, it smells amazing. I’m in zone 7 so wish me luck 😊 love all your videos
🌷Good morning Laura and Aaron, and thank you for this video. Enjoy a lovely Easter everyone 🐇🌸💕
yes please!!!! im totally with Aron! im desperately awaiting the garden tour...
You guys are so part of my morning routine 👍👏😊🎉Happy Easter to all who celebrate!
I’m interested in a flow hive as well Aaron. They fascinate me. It certainly simplifies the process.
and yes, the Flow hive is really nice. Another friend of mine has three flow hives in her gardens. They're very nice.
