Before the 11thc, when East and West separated, the Church was the Catholic Apostolic Church. When the Apostolic Father, St Ignatius of Antioch, direct disciple of St. John, the Apostle, referred to the Catholic Church in the 1stc, at that time both East and West being united, there was the one Church: the Holy Catholic Apostolic Church. The names Roman (West), Byzantyne - Greek - Orthodox (East) I've explained this several times already in my videos. Catholics, now, (except perhaps Caatholics in Protestant countries) do not refer to themselves as Roman Catholics. Yes, it is the Holy Roman, Catholic, Apostolic Church, but if you are a Catholic, you are obviously, not Freek or Russian Orthodox. The 'Roman Catholic' bit was brought back by the Enlish during the Reformation, using it as a sign that 'Roman' meant by necessity not 'English' - indirectly if you are 'Roman' you are a traitor to your country. Thank you for listening.

Can you do a video or 2 about 1054 schism Catholic v orthodoxy.
Catholic is orthodoxy.
When you say catholic do you mean east and west pre schism. I think you mean the The One Holy Roman Catholic Church.
