Nothing is more American cinema than John Wayne. I loved how the entrance to museum says "Welcome Pilgrim"! My favorite movie of his will always be True Grit. I would have died to see the eye patch in person. Only John Wayne would have George Barris Kustom station wagon. Cool museum! 😎

The museum really exceeded my expectations. Just set up very nice and more memorabilia than you could believe. You take the man who made the Batmobile and say, “Hey, can you make my station wagon taller?” 😂

My dad would've loved this. He loved his movies. Thanks for bringing me some much needed memories

They did Wayne’s legacy right here. Really covered him from every angle.

Love seeing this museum and all the old photos of John Wayne. John Wayne was one of my favorite actors as a kid cause my grandfather loved his movies so much. Lots of good information.

He epitomized the Western movie era. I’ve probably seen 20-30 of his movies and that barely scratches the surface.

Wow, what a cool museum! The Duke was one of the best actors in the western movies.

I loved all of the "Dukes" movies as a boy and would watch them every Saturday morning. Yes, we had a TV back then! 🤣🤣Black and White , but so were the movies. Even recall one with Gary Cooper, John Wayne and yes, I can't leave him out, Ronald Reagan! 🤣🤣

I am glad you did a video here. We were in Fort Worth last year and didn't know this place existed until we passed it while walking to Billy Bob's. However by the time we passed it, the museum was already closed for the day. It was cool to see what this place looked like. John Wayne had so many classics. True Grit is our favorite. Thanks for the tour!

It was really worth the visit. I remember you in the area last year. Perot museum and a few other stops (Fort Worth Zoo maybe).

I think you cracked the code with a museum video. I think museum and zoo videos are hardest to edit. Nice voiceover, movie clips, and live reaction. Never realized he did so many movies. Must have taken awhile to add all those movie clips. Great touch.

Took a lot longer than a normal edit that’s for sure. They’re tougher because there are always a bunch of people around and I somewhat try not to ruin other’s experiences while I’m there.

Neat museum 😎 John Wayne wasn’t necessarily the best actor, but he was in everything 🤠👍

He probably couldn’t name all of his own movies 😆

I've got to say "yah-ha, Pilgrim!" Nice tribute to the "The Duke!"

Not a bad backup plan… just become one of the greatest actors ever 😂 they don’t make them like the Duke anymore! “We’re burning daylight “

Wonder if that is how Pee Wee Herman’s acting career began too 🤔.

Interesting museum. Is this a permanent or traveling exhibition? The Duke what an interesting man. Thanks for sharing.

It is permanent. A relative of his helped set it up I think.
