  • Couldn't sleep, so I decided to film a short one. Keeping it light, I talk about my lifelong partner as well as whats keeping me up.

    eww tetangga belakang rumah dan sebelah rumahku juga suka nguping ,how do i know? karena mereka selalu ketok tembok, its wierd i was like umm kalo aku ngomong sesuatu mereka denger dengan jelas atau hanya blur ya ? its always on my mind and it gave me anxiety

    Ironically, I can usually fall asleep very easily if I play an onlyplants video at a low volume. (Of course I watch it "properly" beforehand)

    Oh my goodness. I have pillows from my childhood that I still have. My grandma had chickens and ducks, and they’re made from the feathers of the animals that fed my family. I would never give them up!!! Hope your mind finds peace soon. Just had to tel you know you’re not alone in the pillow thing, and I’m waaaaaaay older than you 😂😂😂😂😂😂

    "it's pointless for me to try" me at 6:49 am when I start work at 8 all of last month! Some weird energy is definitely present, even your dog is waking up from their sleep. All my empath friends have been DRAINED lately and we feel you!! Hope you feel more rested soon!!!

    You're not alone, our mind gets restless from the worries of the day. I find myself saying a little prayer, and then put on some gentle rain & thunder sounds (or any white noise of your choice), it usually helps. :)

      Whoaaa thunder sounds would scare my dog haha. I usually try to recount a movie I last watched… that usually makes me fall asleep. But I havent seen any movies lately… only Russia war news 😅

    Oh Sean you know what I do when I'm having insomnia, which is literally my whole life- I know it sucks you end up dead beat in the morning unable to perform into nothing at all...well I digress 😄, I start close inspection on my plants. Roots, soil, the whole drill!! I end up rehabbing, treating, cutting and finally I get tired and go to sleep. Other times I read a novel , or I listen to Opera. Maybe you are tense all day , or because you are in a quarantine you don't spent enough energy and it builds up inside you causing lack of sleep.

      Wooh thats likely that Ive just been home and didnt see new environments… but I was actively gardening so I was definitely tired haha. Theres a lot on my mind I guess… lots of problems or projects with no concrete solutions.

    Hard to find solace these days with all that is going on in the world. Even plants haven't been a good enough distraction lately.

    I find taking magnesium helps and warm milk before bed. I also listen to rain on my IPad and helps soothe to sleep. Hope you get more sleep soon.

      Interesting… I do find a fuller stomach helps me sleep better hehe

    Ugh, I relate. Been a good week now probably since I've had a good night's rest. I was up at 2 from a dog whining next to my head. Don't know why. She was even annoying the other dogs on the bed so one went to a bed on the floor. Lol Seems like so many of us are somehow connecting to the pain from what's going on.
    Also your little notes at the bottom make me giggle.

      I hear they can feel our anxiety and channel into it… which makes it worse cuz that makes us more anxious haha
