2. Does this front face conversion also work on a 2023 Ecoboost Premium? If "yes", can I use the same plastic bottom panel or do I need to buy a base model bottom panel?
3. Why are you not using the vented wheel wells? You have increased are flow from the front face so allow that air flow into the wheel well to cool your brakes.

Yes, if you have a Performance Pack, regardless of the Eco or GT, you will need the NON-PP pan.
This Mustang is not a performance pack. Trust me, the way we drive will not yield much benefit.

Hello, will this disable the pre-collision/adaptive cruise control system? wouldn't the new bumper block the sensors?

I have a 2018 mustang gt base model, I did the bumper conversion but don’t have under tray , same under tray works then ?

You will need a non performance tray and you need to use it or you will bend the bumper.
