I have the same set and on mine the pans are full flush to the top of the well, most people's I've seen are that way, actually. Yours is unique in having a shorter pan which no doubt works so much better in preventing the neighboring pans from bleeding over.
Yeah for sure it is definitely a small detail but makes a huge difference!

This review is very helpful :D!! I have been practising mu watercolor painting using buncho products. I wanted to take a step further and a lot of my friends suggested koi. I was still doubtful at first because i dont know if it’s worth the money. In my country, koi watercolor sets are pretty expensive unlike in other countries. Is the tray that holds the watercolor removable? Would be nice to be able to repurpose that kit with half or even full pans.

Where do you get the paper i have seen it before but i don't know where you can get it
I just bought this. I already had a pack of 3 water brushes and quite frankly I don't like the one that came with the paints, that backwards screw on lid is too weird, but I also found this one just harder to get any water out of than my other ones, and my wrist was getting painful. My other ones don't make my wrist start hurting from trying to get water out of them.
I like the paints, but I don't like the flimsy plastic the paints are in, I popped all mine out and put them in half pans before touching my paints, and ripped that flimsy plastic out of there... Put an empty laminate sheet through the laminator, cut the sheet to fit the bottom of the plastic box, and put my paints on that, because the bottom of the plastic box has ridges that are almost, but not quite big enough to fit a half pan in...
On perspective of buildings, the vertical angle doesn't change when you look at buildings. Keep the vertical vertical, yours are on all kinds of angles.
What kind of paper is used??

maybe for your future videos turn the music down. Your voice should be always clear and louder then the music which should only be ruining in the background. It makes it really hard to enjoy your cool videos.
