Keeping in mind that Loki being a trickster tends to go hand in hand, I'm thinking Loki is tricking all of Elbaf into thinking he killed King Harald for the Devil Fruit. I'm thinking that either King Harald planned to side with the Navy and World Nobles in secret by providing CP0 the Gum Gum fruit and got killed by Loki or King Harald played the part of a villain in order to have these events happen but was killed by CP0 and Loki took the blame. My reasoning for this is that if King Harald is taking a role like Odin then having him side with the Navy and World Nobles as a crazed war monger makes sense, but on the other hand if he can see into the future like Odin and took actions to make sure the Gum Gum fruit gets to where it needs to aka Luffy then that would also fit. As stated earlier Loki would trick all of Elbaf into thinking he killed his father for the Devil Fruit in order to protect his father's image which would fit either scenario I pitched. (And yeah this would also imply Hajrudin takes the role of Thor, a clueless good hearted warrior that tries to live up to his father's image and falls time and again to his brother's tricks but ultimately rules over his people.)

Perhaps CP0 actually assassinated Harald. Prince Loki, upon seeing this, probably ate a fruit he thought was the reincarnation of the Nika fruit to prevent the WG from acquiring it. As a result, he gets incriminated in Harald's murder. Shanks happens to be there and assists in defeating Loki while CP0 slips away. Shanks, somehow notices that Loki doesn't have the Nika fruit, and sets out to find the CP0 ship where the real fruit is located to retrieve it. Perhaps Loki might have an illusion or reality warping fruit. One that allows him to change the form of objects, people etc.

Even thought further - what if rubber fruit and Nika fruit look identical as well, both being kept within Elbaph royalty, reason why it wasn't in any Devil Fruit Encyclopedia's / Bingo Books and the whole reason why Shanks has decided to go after One Piece now, is because Luffys' wanted poster shows his awakened Nika form, meaning that the bet he described placing on the new generation to Whitebeard, wasn't actually him thinking that Luffy was the kid who will become Pirate King, but actually him placing the bet on whether the fruit was either Gomu Gomu no Mi, or Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika. That would kind of explain why Loki thinks he is the Sun-God, because he has an idea of what the fruits' powers are, but hasn't been able to awaken them. In mythology, Loki could transform himself into any animal he wanted. My guess is Loki has a busted mythical zoan shape shifting (shape-shape nomi) that allows to transform not just into any animal, but also any zoan form. And since sun god is associated with freedom and being or doing anything he can imagine, hence Loki thinks he's the actual sun god.

So, real quick, the norse version of hell, "hellheim", is a cold dark place wherein souls are trapped for eternity often portrayed as an icy land. it is also sometimes represented as the lowest realm on the world tree Yggdrasil. We see that the snowy part of Elbaf is the first place they arrive and also the place where Loki is imprisoned, so it would make sense to me if the journey through Elbaf sends the crew through each of the realms (or even one realm each as there are 9 and then Luffy does his own thing as usual). Personally I would like this as it could give each character their own special character arc and training similar to during the timeskip except this time we would see it

I’ve been on the Fenrir idea myself. What if Loki has the mythical Fenrir fruit. The other thing that I have been thinking is how shanks will be killed. I still think it is Blackbeard. In Norse mythology if I remember correctly, Tyr is mortally wounded by Garm (in this case Blackbeard), the guard dog of the underworld, during Ragnarok. This would add more credence to Blackbeard having the Cerberus fruit as well. Garm bites off his Shanks other arm and he bleeds out, but not before Tyr mortally wounding Garm. Prediction: Eustace Kidd will be the one to free Loki in order to seek revenge against the Red-Hair pirates and the giants of Elbaph. And that will kickstart the final war in full force. I'm also predicting that Saul was the Man Marked By Flames and had since handed the last Road Poneglyph to Shanks (hence the reason Shanks was even on Elbaph in the first place). And lastly, I predict that Loki was the mysterious figure who is said to be one of the twelve key figures in the race for the One Piece.
I’ve got 2 theories that this video helped me think about more. One theory is that shanks could have stopped Loki and chained him up and his father was killed. I believe The King was a Yonko that was getting old and helped shanks become the next Yonko and tell him to find the hidden Devil Fruit that was replaced. Another theory I had was that JoyBoy was a Giant from ancient Elbaf. This is because Imu had a giant straw hat that JoyBoy could have worn and could symbolize the next Warrior Of Liberation. JoyBoy was an Elbaf giant and his fruit was supposed to be passed down every generation but wasn’t and instead was locked away and then given to the government to hide and then shanks found it. It’s why shanks had the hat. He was said to be the next JoyBoy but once Luffy ate the fruit he was given the hat to symbolize the next Warrior of Liberation. These Theories could be debunked but I wanted to share my thoughts on what may happen in the future. And see how yall think of this

i think hajrudin is inspired from a real life person heyreddin barbarosaa (redbeard) who first was a prominent pirate in 1600 he did piracy during that time and had a strong pirate fleet after recognising his power king made him a navy fleet commander and then admiral he too had a brother who was killed, so by analogy ig hajrudin would be caught red handed (as redbeard ofc) and then we will get to know he did betryal and was with navy whole time and he killed his father himself not loki but his father herald ( herald = something big i comming ) gave the df to loki knowing hajrudins intention and then eventually killed and the blame was transfered to loki maybe shanks helped hajrudin here to get his hand on elbaf as a yonko territory and here it is now, the present scenario
I'm seeing some Blackbeard and Doflamingo paralels here... Also, Oda likes to use eyes and glasses to represent worldview of people, in Loki's case they are hidden, meaning yeah, we arent supposed to be sure what's his deal yet. And innacurate judging by following hearsay is like half the story, the strawhats, Robin, Buggy, Crocodile, Doflamingo, the Navy... they all have apulic face different from what they are/were really about. Myth Loki wasnt evil per-se, he was a trickster that got into trouble but also helped the aesir on occasion... until the Baldr situation. So he might be about as neutral as Shanks is, with just a different presentation.
I surprised that nothing said about a giant hammer behind Loki. Using my extensive knowledge of Norse mythology and One Piece, I have a theory: Loki almost definitely ate a mythical zoan fruit. He also seems to have the morals and ambitions of Crocodile. A really shape-shifty mythical zoan, or like a fiery human mythical zoan? Or he turns into the beings that Norse Loki would shift into or the beings he had as offspring, like Jormungandr and Fenrir. Luffy likes to fight, so he won't use Loki's offer. Makes me feel someone else will free him and send after Luffy, but that'll make plot weird and drawn out. I doubt that. But the girl giants said near Nami & Usopp that they and Hajrudin don't think Loki is the shame of Elbaf but rather Rodo is for being a weirdo (probably for playing with toys). Maybe any of these people will free him, but Luffy is definitely gonna do it for sure. He can do the haki things like at Wano prison. Fenrir is supposed to being ragnarok, the end of the world. Luffy may learn crazy haki from Loki a little, but I think Loki will be like Crocodile but ally with Luffy temporarily like Law. How would Luffy get him to not kill Shanks? Either Shanks isn't on Elbaf anymore, so no problem, or he fights Loki, giving us an epic fight. At the end, Loki cooperates with Straw Hats because he's useful to the plot and had an important devil fruit we don't know. What would we call a legendary df? Probably mythical zoan type. What is a power Norse Loki has? Shape-shifting, so that may be zoan. So it can be a human zoan or another kind of zoan, but this makes so much sense.
Starting to see parallels between Shanks and Tyr/Odin as if he was meant to be a mish mash of the two. Which would make sense seeing as Loki seems to almost be a combination of Loki/Fenrir, destined to kill Shanks and forever imprisoned for an unforgivable crime (like the murder of Baldr).

Not saying he will, but another way to have Loki join the crew aside a size changing fruit could be this...they are literally on the island of the Adam Tree, which Sunny is made of. Franky (and Lilith?) could spend a couple weeks after the plot of Elbaph is solved to upgrade the Sunny to be FRIGGIN MASSIVE or build a companion ship just for Loki, or Lilith creates a shrink gun and shrinks him, or he just joins the fleet, the New Giant pirates arrive, and he sets off with them. Those all seem like viable-ish options assuming Loki doesn't have some sort of body altering fruit. Edit: PFFTAHAHAHA I just realized, if he joins the crew and this arc + Egghead combined dont cause a bounty bonus for the crew, Loki would be #2, pushing down Zoro and Sanji (I mean Sanji's already not top 3 anymore, but Jinbei doesnt really care, but those two do). Perhaps CP0 actually assassinated Harald. Prince Loki, upon seeing this, probably ate a fruit he thought was the reincarnation of the Nika fruit to prevent the WG from acquiring it. As a result, he gets incriminated in Harald's murder. Shanks happens to be there and assists in defeating Loki while CP0 slips away. Shanks, somehow notices that Loki doesn't have the Nika fruit, and sets out to find the CP0 ship where the real fruit is located to retrieve it.
Perhaps Loki might have an illusion or reality warping fruit. One that allows him to change the form of objects, people etc.

Even thought further - what if rubber fruit and Nika fruit look identical as well, both being kept within Elbaph royalty, reason why it wasn't in any Devil Fruit Encyclopedia's / Bingo Books and the whole reason why Shanks has decided to go after One Piece now, is because Luffys' wanted poster shows his awakened Nika form, meaning that the bet he described placing on the new generation to Whitebeard, wasn't actually him thinking that Luffy was the kid who will become Pirate King, but actually him placing the bet on whether the fruit was either Gomu Gomu no Mi, or Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika.

My guess is Loki has a busted mythical zoan shape shifting (shape-shape nomi) that allows to transform not just into any animal, but also any zoan form.

So, real quick, the norse version of hell, "hellheim", is a cold dark place wherein souls are trapped for eternity often portrayed as an icy land. it is also sometimes represented as the lowest realm on the world tree Yggdrasil. We see that the snowy part of Elbaf is the first place they arrive and also the place where Loki is imprisoned, so it would make sense to me if the journey through Elbaf sends the crew through each of the realms (or even one realm each as there are 9 and then Luffy does his own thing as usual). Personally I would like this as it could give each character their own special character arc and training similar to during the timeskip except this time we would see it

I’ve been on the Fenrir idea myself. What if Loki has the mythical Fenrir fruit. The other thing that I have been thinking is how shanks will be killed. I still think it is Blackbeard. In Norse mythology if I remember correctly, Tyr is mortally wounded by Garm (in this case Blackbeard), the guard dog of the underworld, during Ragnarok. This would add more credence to Blackbeard having the Cerberus fruit as well. Garm bites off his Shanks other arm and he bleeds out, but not before Tyr mortally wounding Garm. I dunno, just ideas that popped in my head.

I think in the past that Loki was a victim of the culling tournament on God Valley and has a special bounty on him because he evaded capture by the God Knights this gave Prince Loki his nihilistic outlook on life.

Prediction: Eustace Kidd will be the one to free Loki in order to seek revenge against the Red-Hair pirates and the giants of Elbaph. And that will kickstart the final war in full force. I'm also predicting that Saul was the Man Marked By Flames and had since handed the last Road Poneglyph to Shanks (hence the reason Shanks was even on Elbaph in the first place). And lastly, I predict that Loki was the mysterious figure who is said to be one of the twelve key figures in the race for the One Piece.

I’ve got 2 theories that this video helped me think about more. One theory is that shanks could have stopped Loki and chained him up and his father was killed. I believe The King was a Yonko that was getting old and helped shanks become the next Yonko and tell him to find the hidden Devil Fruit that was replaced. Another theory I had was that JoyBoy was a Giant from ancient Elbaf. This is because Imu had a giant straw hat that JoyBoy could have worn and could symbolize the next Warrior Of Liberation. JoyBoy was an Elbaf giant and his fruit was supposed to be passed down every generation but wasn’t and instead was locked away and then given to the government to hide and then shanks found it. It’s why shanks had the hat. He was said to be the next JoyBoy but once Luffy ate the fruit he was given the hat to symbolize the next Warrior of Liberation.
These Theories could be debunked but I wanted to share my thoughts on what may happen in the future. And see how yall think of this

Also, Oda likes to use eyes and glasses to represent worldview of people, in Loki's case they are hidden, meaning yeah, we arent supposed to be sure what's his deal yet. And innacurate judging by following hearsay is like half the story, the strawhats, Robin, Buggy, Crocodile, Doflamingo, the Navy... they all have apulic face different from what they are/were really about. Myth Loki wasnt evil per-se, he was a trickster that got into trouble but also helped the aesir on occasion... until the Baldr situation. So he might be about as neutral as Shanks is, with just a different presentation.

Using my extensive knowledge of Norse mythology and One Piece, I have a theory:
Loki almost definitely ate a mythical zoan fruit. He also seems to have the morals and ambitions of Crocodile. A really shape-shifty mythical zoan, or like a fiery human mythical zoan? Or he turns into the beings that Norse Loki would shift into or the beings he had as offspring, like Jormungandr and Fenrir.
Luffy likes to fight, so he won't use Loki's offer. Makes me feel someone else will free him and send after Luffy, but that'll make plot weird and drawn out. I doubt that. But the girl giants said near Nami & Usopp that they and Hajrudin don't think Loki is the shame of Elbaf but rather Rodo is for being a weirdo (probably for playing with toys). Maybe any of these people will free him, but Luffy is definitely gonna do it for sure. He can do the haki things like at Wano prison.
Fenrir is supposed to being ragnarok, the end of the world. He gets chained by Tyr and loses his arm to Fenrir.
Shanks lost his arm to a beast, and he chained Loki. Loki wants to cause ragnarok, and I remember hearing about a Burning Man. Maybe Loki is based partly on Loki the god but also Sutur, which was a fiery giant that helped bring ragnarok. It says Loki ate a legendary devil fruit passed down the royal bloodline, maybe it's another hito hito no mi model fruit, and the name may be Sutur or something else. I suspect the fruit is related to the Sun God Nika, since the Nika story comes from Elbaf. If it's sutur, the fiery nature of it may be reminiscent of a sun god. Loki has some sun tattoos on his arms. I feel Loki reminds me of Crocodile, who isn't aspiring to destroy the world but just wants some vengeance and wants to rebuild Elbaf a certain way. Not a super bad guy but sort of bad. Shanks isn't bad I don't believe.
It still doesn't seem to me that Shanks is bad. I don't understand what people are getting their intel from to make that assumption.
I'm also curious what St. Garling's devil fruit transformation is. I feel he'll be involved in this, so his story or devil fruit may connect to Elbaf's story. Maybe the Navy stole the Nika fruit from Elbaf's royal family, and they replaced it with this other fruit, which is why Loki thinks he is the sun god. Remember Shanks seemed to have been to that bar already before in Elbaf.
If Loki's fruit causes fire, then I'd expect to see a burnt-up Elbaf. It isn't burnt anywhere we can see, so I'm unsure. His eyes being covered may be related to some devil fruit power or a special level of haki. Odin's eye could see the future I think, super good observation haki. Maybe Shanks and others had to cover his eyes to nerf him. By the way, Hajrudin seems important. Comes from a royal family, and he seems more like a Thor character.
Thor and Loki, Hajrudin and Loki, may actually end up working together against a bigger and badder enemy. Luffy may learn crazy haki from Loki a little, but I think Loki will be like Crocodile but ally with Luffy temporarily like Law. How would Luffy get him to not kill Shanks? Either Shanks isn't on Elbaf anymore, so no problem, or he fights Loki, giving us an epic fight. At the end, Loki cooperates with Straw Hats because he's useful to the plot and had an important devil fruit we don't know. What would we call a legendary df? Probably mythical zoan type. What is a power Norse Loki has? Shape-shifting, so that may be zoan. So it can be a human zoan or another kind of zoan, but this makes so much sense.

Starting to see parallels between Shanks and Tyr/Odin as if he was meant to be a mish mash of the two. Which would make sense seeing as Loki seems to almost be a combination of Loki/Fenrir, destined to kill Shanks and forever imprisoned for an unforgivable crime (like the murder of Baldr).

Not saying he will, but another way to have Loki join the crew aside a size changing fruit could be this...they are literally on the island of the Adam Tree, which Sunny is made of. Franky (and Lilith?) could spend a couple weeks after the plot of Elbaph is solved to upgrade the Sunny to be FRIGGIN MASSIVE or build a companion ship just for Loki, or Lilith creates a shrink gun and shrinks him, or he just joins the fleet, the New Giant pirates arrive, and he sets off with them.
Those all seem like viable-ish options assuming Loki doesn't have some sort of body altering fruit.
Edit: PFFTAHAHAHA I just realized, if he joins the crew and this arc + Egghead combined dont cause a bounty bonus for the crew, Loki would be #2, pushing down Zoro and Sanji (I mean Sanji's already not top 3 anymore, but Jinbei doesnt really care, but those two do). But that also means that if he does join and we DO get bounty boosts (Probably the penultimate one before the end of the story. NGL, whether Loki joins the main crew or not (wtf will his role even be?), I'm pretty excited for the potential of the next bounties. But I guess thats pretty normal for this fandom. The quiet bits in-between arcs where we learn "NUMBERS WENT UP LADS!" is basically our favorite part as a community lmao. Individually we like other parts more. But EVERYONE likes new bounty reveals.
