I'm trying to train hard on my style of Arnis, I don't know all the terminology in philipino terms, but I'm glad I can do the drills and techniques. Thank you so much, and I hope you stay here on TH-cam. If by any chance, can you post anymore drills on empty hands? unless of course you don't want to, I understand. Keep on training.
this is a really good video. It's rare to see actual instruction in a TH-cam video! Also, does anyone else notice that all Shaw Brothers movie fight scenes are nine-tenths the one-arm hubud series plus lots of yelling?
