This is what I call LIFE. Sister Iam your one of the subscribers from Arunachal Pradesh. I have watched almost all of your Vlogs and how nicely you explain about the places you visit actually makes me amazed. If there is somebody whom I get to know beauty with brain then that's you. Your smile somehow hides your hardwork but I can understand how difficult would it be to manage the camera alone for vloging in a strange location and the time taking to capture each and every nook and corner of that particular site. Not everybody happen to live a life like you, you are one of the luckiest beings on this planet.

Seeing all these travel vlogs just makes me sad that I haven't been there. Most of us haven't even been out to more than 3 states for that matter. Life just sucks. Study study and then job and then marriage. Sad.
India is so amazing that it's every state is beautiful in its own way.Every state has some speciality of their own.1.Sounth Indian states r famous for Indian temples, Old Indian culture.
2. Rajasthan is famous for Rajput palaces.
3.Maharashtra for Forts of The great King Shivaji Maharaj.
4. KERALA & Goa FOR amazing beaches
5. 7 States of east Like Manipur, Mizoram....For their mind blowing, superb natural beauty.
6. Kashmir for Scenic beauty, it's like heaven for rest of India
Also Other states like UP, HP, Punjab, Andra, MP, Orrisa.....All states are unique, blessed with natural beauty, historic temples, caves, forts etc, longest & clean beaches...
And many more States with many more amazing things.....

Really good vlog!! Hope you had a great time and I do agree that June, July is not the best time because it rains alot over here. If you're planning another visit then do so during winters probably during Christmas time if you want to see the City well decorated. But don't forget to pack your winter clothes because it gets pretty cold! Cheers

Wards Lake is called Nan Polok in Khasi( the vernacular language) for it was built by the british officer name Pollock and it was built for the British people during their rule. Also Phan Nonglait Park(Lady Hydari Park) was built by the British only.

There's a lesser known place in Shillong called Garden of Caves. It is a MUST visit place and it was my favorite part of the trip when I went to Shillong this year.

If u search only ‘laitlum’ in google maps ,u will end up in a wrong place.. u need to search ‘laitlum canyon’ .. then it will show you the correct loaction.. laitlum and laitlum canyons are two diffrent places.. hopes this information helps

Hey Tanya.. Amazing video yet again. Too bad you were not able to make it to Laitlum. Winter is a great time again to experience shillong in a new light and vibe altogether.So incase you come again, next time you may add David scott trail along with Laitlum in your itinerary.
