I really cant say how excited I am for the Forest Stronghold. I think they added 200 more pieces and a couple more minifigures, and it looks amazing! Got to get two of these. Going to be crazy busy. Really can’t wait 6 months for it. 😂 Honestly BDP is smashing it out of the park. Do we even need real Lego sets now.
Yeah I’m very much looking forward to it, it’s a really good series but as with all Bricklink sets, always such a long wait to get them but nice to look forward too🙂
Harbormaster's Office would look really nice in my Lego city, but also it could look out of place and cover lots of things behind it because it's very big. I wish they took the charm that it has and made a smaller set.
It’s a strong wave for sure and will be looking at buying the harbour masters office and camping adventure. I am warming to the art of chocolate but will inevitably succumb and only buy the 2 sets I think 🤔

Out of the next 3 series released this is the one I have the biggest interest in, I want more of this series where i only want one of series 4 and 5. It will be a very EXPENSIVE March 2025. I want everything but the Caravan, so not much change out of a grand...but I gotta be more realistic, limit myself to two or three at most, so Art of Chocolate and Harbour Office, and either Lost City or the two castles, such a great selection this time.
Yeah this is a really solid bunch of designs, all are very appealing. With all these bricklink series, 2025 is indeed going to be very expensive lol. Though March 2025 feels very distant at the moment🙂
Oh my goodness! I'm not ready for this yet .. oh well glad it won't be paid for until next year 😁 Definitely the Chocolate Factory then the Forest Stronghold. That camper will go well with the A Frame Cabin for whoever has it.
I know it’s crazy, not only is it tough trying to buy regular sets now have the temptation of Bricklink sets to contend with😂You know I hadn’t thought about that but yes the camper would be ideal for the A-Frame🙂
Yeah I know what you mean, good thing with these Bricklink sets is you don’t actually pay until it actually ships. Lego temporary hold the money on a bank/credit card when you initially place the pre-order but it gets released after a few days. Makes things little easier🙂
The forest stronghold is missing the forestmen vibe for me. To much a castle not enough tree. I think I will be saving my money for Series 4 (harbor and siege)
Yeah that’s a fair comment, would have been nice to have more trees. Series 4 is very good, to be honest I would buy most of the bricklink sets but money only goes so far😂
Not really a big fan of the open back doll house concept of the forest stronghold. It also looks way too clean and well maintained for what one would expect for a forestmen set.
@@TheDyslexicGeak The designer still had 600pcs remaining that could have easily covered the back with a modular detached concept. Not sure why he didn't go for it. It would have increase the price, but anyone who's in the market for $400 won't turn away for another $50. Don't get me wrong. I like the set, but I want to LOVE it. With so many awesome sets coming out in S4, 5, and 6, I have to choose carefully base on the limited space I have.
@@vietrounder that’s the issue I’m having with Lego. As much as I desire them all, shelf space is certainly becoming a deciding factor, hard to find room for everything🙂

Like you I can’t justify all 5, I think Lost City is going to have to go for me. Getting the two most expensive ones just isn’t justifiable, and I definitely prefer Forest Stronghold. The other 4 are a must for me though. I feel the Harbour Master’s Office is perhaps a second chance for those, like me who did get The Old Fishing Store - a different theme, but similar. I think Lost City would be a stronger set if it had more internal detail, old treasures, artefacts etc.
Yeah I think I’m going to do the same, the Lost City looks great but the more I look at it the more I’m not sure. Realistically I need to draw a line somewhere, so I certainly will get the Forest Stronghold, Chocolate shop and camper van, that’s more than enough money as it is😂

I like the forest stronghold and the art of chocolate the most.

Yeah I certainly see what you mean, I guess it’s a compromise on number of pieces and price. Could always mod it🙂

I like the lost city, but it does need more figures. Maybe some animals hanging out in the building. The inside is a little sparse
