Rarely watch Cruise videos all the way through, some people are just so up themselves. Really refreshing to watch a "normal" person doing this sort of thing. All power to you. I'm on the Euribia next Friday, hope there are some others around with your sense of fun. Take care "Mummy" 🤣
I've been so looking forward to this video when I saw you on Costa. I spent a few weeks on here last year, and I couldn't believe what they're offering for the price point. What I'd say is that it was generally VERY busy, but that's excusable when you're paying what you are! Also, I totally echo your views on the pasta - it's probably the cheapest thing an Italian line could be filling you up with, but I'm not complaining as it was SO tasty, ha!
Great Vlog!! We are pescatarian and I also have a food allergy so I really welcome fellow cruise bloggers talking about food options as it is really important to us. There should definitely be more vegan options on cruise ships. We were recently on Marella Discovery 2 and in the buffet that put meat in all 3 of the salads one lunch time 😵💫
We went on the Smeralda last year. Your review was absolutely spot-on. Again, agree with the price point and you get what you pay for. Food OK in the evenings in the MDR. Ranked from very bad to very good but the buffet quality was dreadful. Carb overload!
I found this video brilliant and very helpful. I want to book a cruise for my 60th next year but all the prices for a solo traveler is so expensive I’m going to check this company out. Also, did you have to buy your own air fare and meet at the port or was it a fly/cruise where it’s all included? It’s all a bit hard to understand when you’ve never done a cruise before Tfs very interesting and I’ve subscribed x
The fare is cruise only, airfare will be extra. Costa currently have lots of cruises with no single supplement, I'm thinking of doing a 15 night cruise with them from Hamburg to Iceland for only £440, but I'm worried about being a solo traveller on a continental line. But if they seat solo English speaking travellers together, I might take a chance on it.
Wish I knew how you get a single person cruise, My wife and I had cruised with Costa every year since 2000, Now I am on my own and a Costa Cruise member I am offered nothing other than a 20% discount on double occupation :-(

I've just disembarked from the Euribia today, it's a lot better than this Costa cruise but still very much a budget cruise
That’s so funny. Well done on winning back the cost of your cruise. Thanks for the review x
Thanks for sharing some great wit on this video! You’re easily the best cruise and most honest reviewer out there !

I’d go back just for the pasta tbh 😂

who did you book with?
I was on this cruise as a solo, but I paid £477. Which is still good for a solo price with balcony but....
You are so funny! 😂

Oh gosh was that someone having a ‘fun night’ echoing through your shower drain?
❤
There so many conflicting things the staff say on the cruise, least you won on the casino free cruise.
Yes, there are a lot of rules. But the casino was excellent, as was the water park :)
