Vanessa is absolutely the best native English teacher we've ever had ❤❤❤. She's so charming, patient and friendly when speaking in front of her audience remotely. Well, that's the nice way she is. I loved her embarrassment story about learning a language which was French. The two languages are significantly different, I love learning English no matter how proficient I am already, French is a beautiful language, but I'm still truly unfamiliar with it. In my case, I decided to start learning Italian as my third language. I can only speak English and Spanish, and I just want to expand my horizons beyond what I've certainly achieved, because as you all might have known, life is too short to get used to one or two languages in an ever-changing world that has been becoming more interconnected than ever. Regarding any embarrassing moments throughout my life, I don't remember that much of what I had gone through, let's say... I can only remember a few embarrassing situations some time in my school years. I was giving a presentation to my teacher and classmates while I wasn't confident enough to explain key points about a specific topic the right way. I was simply reading out loud the information shown on a huge paper instead of explaining the topic in a convincing, precise way by using my own words, you know, something quite typical as a homework, to name just one of them. After all, thank you so much for bringing your wonderful English lessons to me, I definitely appreciate all of them 😊💜. I'll never give up on my goals. I'd be pretty glad if you are willing to read my long comment, in case you want to.
You are a magical teacher. I have had over 10 teachers in my life, but they did not help me progress much. I thought there was something wrong with me and this language, but thanks to you, I am discovering an incredible method to progress slowly and calmly. Thank you very much.

hi vanessa , i am from syria , i follow you sinc 10 months , and i admire im your method of learning , there is a situation happend a few weeks ago , it was a job interview in english languge (my native languge is Arabic) in the intervie i stood and i forgot every word in english (from stress) I asked him to postpone the interview for a quarter of an hour so that I could regain my focus , so this is embarrassed situation thank you very much for every thing
My orientation is that after graduating from university, if I become unemployed, I will go to work abroad. I have 2 destinations: Japan or Australia. Through your videos, I found English is not very difficult and decided to learn English. The disadvantage of learning English is that Asian languages are very different from European languages, so I can understand what you are saying, I can also write but cannot speak. One embarrassing moment that happened to me was in the company where I was working before, they built new offices where the walls were made of glass so the first day when we used the brand-new offices I crashed into the glass because I didnot realize that there were a closed glass door and everyone watched me when I hit the glass. This was an embarrassing moment for me. I felt embarrassed.
