Lose a lot of torque driving a bigger heavier wheel. Harder to climb hills without speed and momentum. Going down could be deadly with backwards leaning braking on big heavy wheels!
Cool look but I was pretty sure then original design was not going to be able to support the wider wheel spacing. Sure enough when he starts riding it (Ex: @13:11) you can see that the wheels have a lot of camber. A few bounces and it will become a No Wheel Hoverboard.

It looks like it slows it down a lot. The second question is Battery taking on more weight does the battery pack Seem to not last as long? But other then that Bigger is sometimes not better as they say hehe.
