The video
This video is partly a reflection of my own experiences - well, we are getting close to Christmas - a time of reflection. Moreover, we want to explore the wider issues based on data. However, as you will see, data availability can be an issue. There are plenty of news items focused on the alleged brain drain, i.e., scholars leaving Germany. We explore some empirical facts, and I share my own experience (working and living for about 20 years in the Netherlands and the UK).
The channel
