The Seven Factors of Awakening are qualities that The Buddha identified as leading in the direction of liberation and insight.
In this retreat - at Sharpham's Barn retreat centre with Will Evans - we will investigate and develop these beautiful qualities, recognising where they are already present in our meditation practice and our lives in general, and exploring where we can benefit from conscious development of these factors.
The Seven Factors of Awakening are one of The Buddha's many 'maps' that guide us through much of the territory of the Dharma.
