I loved this cover plate when I saw it in the HA release. You used it beautifully. I'm not a big bling gal but I think all the sequins on the white card are perfect and not overdone.

Very nice I love the colors that you used…… I did have one question though,wouldn’t it have gone flat but you just running it through your die cutting machine then you wouldn’t of had to put it in a book and leave it for days or hours or whatever it was you left it in there for long enough to get your nails redone I guess huh
I find that if something is really warped, just running it through doesn't flatten it as much as a book!

Every time I would watch a Cathy or Bethadilly video I'd turn green with envy over their giant glass mats. Then, I found it. It's a VERY large magnetic, glass dry erase board at Walmart. It's their Pen and Board brand and it's been great so far! I paid about $35 for mine and it's ginormous. Make sure you check the dimensions before buying because I have a big desk and it takes up a good bit of it.

Gotta try this color combo! Not my normal go-to, but so pretty! I think I would like to try the negative tree panel on top of white glitter cardstock. 🙂

Oh Cathy these are absolutely beautiful…love the ideas, and colors….thanks for the press and seal reminder…I’ve been making a few Anna Griffin baby Carriages and been washy taping the little pieces instead of using the press and seal…this is a game changer for cutting background dies…love it…great idea! I learn or remember something new from every video…thank you 🩷🌸🩷

You were right in the first place, Cathy. It is the EMpress, as in married to or the widow of an Emperor. I’ve had one for years and I’ve been watching Anna Griffin videos for years. And yes, I went back and forth on the pronunciation for quite awhile myself. (I just double & triple checked a video on HSN to be sure.)
Cathy - These cards are beautiful! I love the “two-fer” and see myself using something similar for all of my Christmas cards this year. I can’t wait to see what your thoughts are regarding the Empress. I’ve had my eye on this but have read mixed reviews on this machine. I’ve asked Santa for one for Christmas but I will hold off having him pull the trigger until you give us your thoughts. Love ya and appreciate all you do for your channel!! Keep cool.

You do need tape with Empress. Not for the dies, but for the paper, especially if, like me, you are cutting multiple pieces of paper with multiple dies.

Beautiful cards! I have a question for you. Do you use a special kind of needle in your glue bottle? I tried a few different ones in mine and everytime they oxide and my glue turns yellow. 😔
Yes I do! It was sent to me as a gift with little beads attached! I have no idea where she got it. I think they are just stainless steel pins?
I would love a pros and cons between Gemini Jr, Gemini II and the Anna Griffin machines.
