Let's be honest, 15000 is the salary of a University Snr Lecture. How many of us can earn that much?
Dj nyame don't forget that, that fifteen thousand, you will pay your bills, even your transport and other expenses, it will not remain that fifteen thousand as you compared to the UK as you are saying, so it means that UK is far better than Ghana in their salaries
I wonder how any human being can compare Ghana or any country other African coubtry to the UK. I'm here making more that £17,000 monthly( before tax) as a quant contractor. Even even I worked as a porter for the NHS i was still earning at least £4000( includes overtime) monthly before tax.
We also have access to free healthcare, quality education for our children. Great infrastructure also the advantage of living in a not just an advanced country but an English speaking world class onw for that matter.
The government does not create jobs; private investors do. There are no jobs because most investors have no confidence in the system, and believe that Ghana is not a gainful place to invest due to dishonesty. Most industries have folded, including government agencies due to cheating and stealing.
No salary is enough. Is all about management 15000gh. Boss, what would be your input in the growth of that company?
