INGREDIENTS
Ingredients - Tomato Achari Chutney
Tomatoes - 7, medium size
Garlic cloves - ¼ cup
Green Chili - 7
Ginger (pealed) - 2 inch
Edible Oil - 1/3 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Nigella Sativa seeds - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds (beaten) - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds (powdered) - 1 tsp
Jaggery (beaten) - 1 table spoon
Desi Ghee - ¼ tsp

टमाटर - ७, मध्यम आकार
लहसुन की कलियां - १/४ कप
हरी मिर्च - ७
अदरक (छीला हुआ) - २ इन्च
खाद्य तेल - १/३ कप
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच
कलोंजी - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सोंफ़ - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मेथी दाना (दरदरा) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - २ छोटा चम्मच
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया (पीसा हुआ) - १ छोटा चम्मच
गुड (कूटा हुआ) - १ चम्मच
देशी घी - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
