Hola Wellfire, esta se me ha dado de coña... Lo tengo muy trillado este tema desde que los amigos de Judas sacaron el Turbo... Conozco cada mili segundo quizás por eso me ha costado tan poco, bueno tampoco es como intentar seguir Geezer Butler 😅... Pero para un novato cincuentón como yo sacar esto en unos días es un logro... Estoy muy contento 🥲 gracias por tu trabajo, me ayuda mucho.
Por cierto y ya que estamos con Judas, hay un tema que me trae loco tocar, Let us Pray del Sin after Sin... Sería la bomba si nos echases un cable con el...😜

Hola Javi, bueno "turbo" es un tema de repetir, aguantar... y saber cuando dejar de repetir. Los Judas de los 70 no me gustan tanto, pero te adelanto que el bajo no es tan repetitivo y machacón como en los 80, sigue más a la guitarra y es más difícil. No creo que me atreva... Pero tú quieres "Let us pray" la intro? O "Let us pray" + "Call for the priest"? (van unidas)

Si, coincido en general en los 70 el bajo siempre andaba saliendo con mil florituras... Hay temas de esa época que me encantan como "traveller in time" de Uriah Heep, es intocable una locura...
Creo que este de Judas si podría estar a mi alcance quizás tocando la nota en cada compás, sin florituras... Por lo que pesco cuando lo escucho creo que podría con el... Lo pido porque aún soy muy novatín 🥲

It's an LTD EX-104, I guess it was entry level, but with a cool shape hehe. Always put in description the bass I use 😉

Yes, it has a very attractive shape but... not very confortable to play (for me).
@@WellFireProject Ah, I see, I definitely agree it's not the most practical shape, but I don't mind, for now I have fun playing through some simple songs on it, though I need to get a lot better so that my skills match its looks ^^

This line is a dumb,but great cover man!
Sometimes we don't realize the easy/hard is to play a classic song until we analyze it.
Anyway, sometimes bass needs to be simple to give more "power" to the melody... it's a sacrifice. Don't underestimate the power of E in the fourth string! hehe (just a personal opinion).

I agree it is an easy bass cover, but I can't agree about Ian Hill. He could complicate his bass lines, but he don't need it. And I'm glad about that, because I can play some Judas Priest songs hehe.
