A hacker gave me all achievements and i was pissed.. i was literally doing my first EE in over a decade.. on Shadows. and HE RUINED EVERYTHING. i got my level reset .. but there was nothing ppl could do about my achievements
for those wondering.. i recently got back into zombies after 10 years because of Bo6.. i like the movement way too much
Is this on steam? If so, can't you remove achievements with that one app that can also give you them?

I fully agree, why should I have to run a random persons patch to play a game that was made by a company worth $69 billion? People should come together to file a class action lawsuit because they’re cheaping out on their players and deserve to pay
Activision should be investigated for enabling these hackers to prevent people from playing the older games. Call me crazy but its how i feel about this. They make money via yearly releases so the last thing they want are people playing MW2R BO3 etc. If they go low enough to cease and desist all these mod makers, who's to say they aren't incentivizing the hackers...

I’m shocked that there isn’t a lawsuit against Activision for this. This is a case in which people are quite literally having a security risk for just playing a game that they bought from $1 billion+ company.
you really could sue Activision for this. first there selling the game for retail price when A it is dangerous to play because of hackers and B doesn't even run as well as it used too.

Also i want to mention yes, you can still be kicked even with the patch enabled. The patch protects you from some exploits but not from all (griefing, no RCE).

@@TheOGRecipe you can still get kicked/booted offline with the patch on if you don't use friends only/somehow allow someone random to join that you don't know which has malicious intent. but yeah you can't get rce'd etc

Activision has no interest in fixing bo3 on pc because it has custom zombies, which actively threatens their business model
To be fair damn near anything is counted as malicious software in windows. I had a laptop that I updated to windows 10 about a year ago and it identified windows itself as malicious, quarantined itself, and bricked itself.

The EZZ boiii client is definitely not a virus. It also has all the T7 stuff worked in and I haven’t heard of anything like certain custom maps not working.

I played bo3 coop zombies the other night and it's totally fine. Found a full lobby on The Giant, connected to some guy in Germany so had 100+ ping, but the servers seem fine. I don't think they're broken, just unsafe

even the t7 patch will install some stuff that i still believe is a rat virus which gives another user access to ur pc and also i believe they use some payload loader that intalls powershell scripts to ensure the rat exploit they installed on ur pc stays active
I can absolutely confirm that MXT can bypass T7 last i checked, havent tried it with the new updates but when it was first out, i tested it with a friend that had it and he was still able to boot me off the game with it using my steam id number.

I can't lie. Not even long before the server thing. I'd say a month ago. I load up for the first time in ages to play Ascension. And I just dc before round 20. I go to play League, internet was fine. After League session, same day, hope on bo3. DC. I then deicide to update my t7 patch. Before round 20, dc again. I completely stopped playing bo3 for the night, never dced, not once.
So idk, I just ended up uninstalling because that was too fishy for me to dc every time I launch the game and my internet is completely fine afterwards when the game isn't open

Also separate side note, does plutonium work for older games such as BO2/BO1 or are there similar security concerns even when using those features as there are on BO3?

Lex please read this I’m begging you! I believe the T7 patch is compromised and he won’t admit it! Cyberpunk 2077 does not work with that patch installed along with other games granted older games from the 2012 era but still. I tried everything for hours to see what was wrong turned off all my mods and everything. I then ran a virus scan and the t7 is the only thing because serious said it would on some. So I removed it out of curiosity and loaded up cyberpunk and all of a sudden the game was running flawlessly. I then reinstalled the t7 patch the game went to 15fps stuttering mess with my graphics card not being utilized fully. I highly suggest you look into this yourself and install cyberpunk and try it because I swear it happened for months for me. I think the patch has been compromised for two months now myself!!!

@@ey1615 you don’t, but when the t7 patch is installed on your computer the game doesn’t work right. I played bo3, cyberpunk and tomb raider mostly on my pc and with that patch installed to play bo3 all my other games especially cyberpunk dose not work. That is the point
@@ey1615 cyberpunk is a game that with any type of malware installed it won’t run properly and since I played both consistently I decided to uninstall and reinstall the patch out of curiosity. No t7 patch the game runs fine, reinstall it and all hell breaks lose. It’s the only file I deleted and reinstalled and it consistently shows the t7 patch interfering with other games on my pc, something a file should not do

It will always be safe on console because PlayStation/Xbox contributes to the servers.
PC on the other hand, is controlled solely by Activision/Treyarch, which is why it is so damn annoying.

Your once again spouting anecdotal claims with no proof, the game is safe even without the patch as unless you are a target, the knowledge required to perform these hacks just aren't worth it. You should be running the patch, your average joe it doesn't matter.
