Idk about yall but the fear that I got from Mob back in the day is kinda missing with how bright it is in this version. They might have over tweaked it a bit, or maybe it’s just the blops 3 engine and they can’t do anything about it
I suppose it’s really like Zombies chronicles in that way, one of the only complaints i have about that dlc to this day is how all the atmosphere from Bo1 and 2 are gone

I dunno honestly.. I've never really liked playing official maps that aren't made/remastered by treyarch directly. Of course, i love custom maps, but not official maps made into customs even if they're good. There's ALWAYS a feeling that you're not playing the real, true, map for some reason.
Please get the bo2 perk symbols for the HUD 🙏. I’d also suggest more contrast/saturation in the map. I would also love a way to switch off the new additions, like in Die Rise. So we have the option to play without gums ana magmagat and with the 4 perk limit. Looks good though.
I played this map and honestly, I highly recommend playing it with a mod menu, there’s a chance you no clip out of bounds when you go into afterlife so it’s nice to be able to no clip back into the map

i dont know i dont like the overbrightning of some aspects of the map like the hallway between underneath the speedcola and the washing machine hallway and the infirmary just look out of place the hellretriever place i hope theyres darkening and skulls underneath as it gives the map character also the pit wasnt quite clear (the pit where you throw in the retriever there should be a lot of darkening in their to give the map a bit contrast ) wasnt able to see it in the gameplay but it just looked out of place from the glimces ive seen
like overbrightness some im fine with but some should be dark places to give it more horror feel as this is a spooky prison map with freaking corpses hanging

It's the quality, since we played MOTD on really old gen (Xbox 360/PS3) it was at 720p, this is 1080p or higher so it's too crisp (which isn't a bad thing), but yeah it's the quality. Same thing reminds me of GTA San Andreas on PS2 compared to the PS4 1080p version, the low quality actually plays a big part of the atmosphere.
It always felt weird that they only remade Origins in the original ZC, like they ran out of time or something. Only one map from BO2 was a real gut punch

Like I get the upper levels and docks due to moon light and thunder and fire. But the lower area definitely needs to be darker with flickers and sparks to draw away from the wall textures 🤔 over all this is a big win of a map. Props to the map maker.

Dear devs of this map, make the starting pistol the bloodhound (shadow of evil starting pistol) The characters use revolvers in the cinematic not the mr6 It’s always bugged me during the life of bo2 why would I have a 1911 if my character had a revolver a second ago. Plus MOTD and SOE take place in the same dimension which makes more sense to make them use similar guns All support and love and thanks for doing what Treyarch won’t do.
Realistically with seeing this, I don’t think there will be a ZC2. If there is, you either get a remake with the new game mechanics or choose to play on BO3 mechanics.
