@alex xx you’re missing the point. This trial is important for a lot of people due to their own personal experiences, and it is within their right to share their experiences as well. This trial addresses a lot of issues including gender bias in American society, and people are tired of evil people manipulating the system for their gain, as well as bringing harm to others. I’m glad people are sharing their own experiences; many people have been silenced by their partners and it has been normalised for too long.

Victims often don't have a good connection to their feelings. They feel numb and get into trance-like feelings which are called dissociation. Maybe this is why you don't feel this connection. As a person who actually has PTSD, I'm not buying it. I have yet to meet someone like me who doesn't have a haunted looked on their faces. I know I do. Amber doesn't. If you questioned me about on the stand about what happened to me that caused me PTSD, I would be crying, not just frowning. If my husband caused it, I would not be able to be in the same court room with him. She is lying.
You can see she is struggling and suffering but doing all she can to hold herself together. She has no other choice. Brave girl. Bless her.

I think one of the most underrated, absolutely wild things in this is her team submitting two evidence photos, very clearly the same photo zoomed in, as separate incidents in different years. That wouldn't fool a 5 year old.

You know how I know someone hasn't watched the trial? When they say they support Amber. No one in their right mind could have watched this trial and come to any conclusion other than: (a) Amber physically abused Johnny; (b) Johnny never abused Amber; (c) Amber lied about being physically and sexually abused; and (d) Amber made the false allegations with the specific intent to destroy Johnny's life, career, and reputation.

I am a survivor of severe narcissistic abuse. I actually do recognize much of JDs behaviour. My ex is a covert Narcissist with substance abuse issues and he used the same techniques JD used here, DARVO, a broad support network serving as enablers, etc. I am sure Amber is aware of his power. She did not start this trial. She is defending herself, nothing else. He is aiming to psychologically killing her. I admire her strength to speak out. For me, it is weird when people can't see the classical dynamics unfolding in this case. He is more powerful, wealthier and has a very strong support network. It is a classical case of power imbalance between perpetrator and victim. And in this trial, he is victimizing her again. His bots spreading bad comments about her in social media are just a part of this. Maybe many comments here are the bot comments he sends out in social media to make her look bad.

I believe she DID start this trial with the writing of the op ed. She started the smear campaign and he decided he couldn't afford to let her get away with it, professionally or personally. After watching this whole thing, my view, which honestly started off leaning in the same direction as you, has taken a serious turn and it is Amber Heard that I see as the narcissist, among a few other things. His wealth, power and support system are really not the issue here. His substance abuse issues (which she also participated in) are not the issue here. None of those things prove domestic and sexual abuse. Neither have been respectful of the other at times, but what she is claiming he has done goes far beyond being disrespectful. And nothing they presented on her side proved her case. Not even close. Clearly doctored photos, tipping off TMZ to be at the courthouse and make sure they got a picture of the right side of her face as she stepped out with no makeup on, which she claimed in court she NEVER did, police stating there was no injury to her face when she claimed there was, no police photos which there would absolutely be if there WERE injuries, these so called injuries that appeared and then disappeared within 24 hours, the ridiculous fake, tearless crying......I could go on and on. And I absolutely do not believe that every witness brought in by Depp's attorneys were willing to commit perjury for him. In Amber's comments on the stand today she basically called them all liars. Every one of them. Does that sound familiar? The narcissist I knew would injure himself in a heartbeat if it furthered his narrative or supported his current smear campaign. And his ability to gather his flying monkeys would put even Johnny Depp's support system to shame. NPD exists in females as well as males. I cried yesterday when Johnny testified. I get no empathy when she talks. So strange. Seems like the majority of people’s comments here prove the fact that humans have an innate sense of when people are telling the truth and when they are lying. Likely for survival.

I read a comment in a video saying that after this trial is over and the verdict rendered, we need to forget Amber and leave her and her family alone. Johnny lost his career while Amber still had hers. Regardless of her screen time on Aquaman she still was able to show up and perform. Her role wasn't replaced by Johnny and WB isn't going to lose a harsh beating like the Fantastic Beast series is, because Aquaman isn't Even about Mera!
