My administrator has UC. She's been under control for the last 15 years with diet alone. She focuses on eating as clean as possible and she's doing great. Thanks for the vid

+James Enter glad to hear she has found something that works, IBD's are brutal when out of control and doctors can't really help much (in my experience). Hopefully science will get to the bottom of it soon.

I've only used city bikes once and that was in Lyon France. Using the bikes was great but getting it setup was a pain, as a visitor you have to first sing up on their website which didn't work very well at all. But after an hour or two fooling with it we had the bikes for like 3 days which was really fun.

Different cities seem to have such different setup processes (some more cumbersome than others for sure!).

Very nice outing! Thanks for taking us with you! The bike rental process needs to be simplified. Too many button-pushes.

+Raving Cyclist way too many buttons on a terrible touch screen. I've got the app downloaded and registered so I'll see how it compares next time. Also going to give the dockless bikes a try soon. Bike shares are convenient, nothing beats your own bike though.

A friend has PhD in usability engineering. They need someone like her to document how ridiculous their process is and how to fix it.

that worked fairly well, they had to leave the bikes on the street for all to use..

I thoroughly enjoyed my imagined grilled steak salad. Good choice. I would always wear thin gloves or a tissue-wrapped finger when using those touch screens. My doctor's surgery has those screens - what a fantastic way of picking up a cocktail of sick patients' bacteria and viruses. I'm not quite at Howard Hughes level of paranoia yet though.

They have sanitation gel everywhere in the hospitals here. However, if you live in London the screens in the hospital are probably the cleanest thing you'll touch all day!

We have those same bikes in NYC, citibike. Look them up when you get a chance

+Riding With Jahv I'm pretty sure most docked city bikes are made by a company in Montreal. Last visit I didn't have a chance to ride one but next time I will definitely get a ride in of some sort.

I developed a phbia of small spaces because of the underground . I can't even get in a lift now . I have to take the stairs . It's either the bicycle, the car or in the bus . Bicycle preferred .

+Seb K my friend has had the same thing happened. I didn't realise it extended to elevators until we were travelling to NYC together. Luckily our hotel room wasn't on a high floor 🤣
