    The way you create the white line is clever. Love it.

    The sign of a good craftsperson is the ability toake something look ridiculously easy.
    I can't wait to try this and get brown all over the boots, black all over the brown, spill the grass everywhere and throw a lolly stick at a wall so hard it spears it!
    That looks very good for the amount of effort it takes.

    I REALLY wish I had seen this video before I did my bases. So simple, straight-forward, and amazing. You got yourself a new sub today :-)

    Have any experience with different brands of static grass? Or shades?
    I have limited access here in Anchorage AK and will need to mail order any I get here other than of Army Painter Field Grass.

    stirland mud or agrellan badland; or would it depend on the team's pitch theme?

    Can stirland mud fill in gaps on the base left by one-footed minis?

    Lovely job, is the font handwritten on the base or a transfer?

      @PeteTheWargamer  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a transfer from the Ork teams kit

      Thanks for the reply. I bought mine seconds hand from starter kit so did not get this. Shame.

    Do you know what size the hole is for the ball so you could use your own standard base and drill your own hole for the ball. I'm thinking about making a swamp base for my goblins but that it would be easier to start with a standard base rather than the Blood Bowl base.

    What type of glue? Just white Elmer's glue? Also, it looks thinned out, did you just mix some water into it?

    • @PeteTheWargamer
      @PeteTheWargamer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeh any PVA based glue will work but the stuff I use is specific for basing miniatures so it dries clear (rather than having a yellow tint) and is also a little less viscous.

      If I remember rightly, it's 2mm Summer grass from War World Scenics: www.war-world.co.uk/index.php/grass-2mm_basing_static_grass/?k=33622:11:::39
