first of all it is not south Indian food...look wise may be..this is pure odia food..Dahi bara made from rice & suji ..(not like lentil vada of south and samber)...served with aloo dum with guguni curry( spicy potato curry & peas curry) garnish with bhujia,onion,curd, masala...then the white one is chakuli pitha made from dankutta rice batter..not like south version dosa or uttppam batter made from..lentil,fenugreek
Don't put your south bias on every food...visit beyond south
This is not dosa its odia authentic food but looks like dosa
