    Phase Two is just a random idea to remove the crack and meth heads! Surely these barriers will keep visitors safe from the drug addicts on every corner!

    last time I went down there drove around for 20 mins to find a place to park one way streets etc

    Europe has done this since forever.. Glad we're finally heading down the same path in Orange County they do this in downtown orange it's been great.

      @@thomasgentry6201 most countries have open public squares since they were founded before the US. It’s fairly common across Europe to have community spaces.

      @@thomasgentry6201 Not trying to make this political was just stating open squares are great community meeting places people would commonly interact and mingle trade gossip and stories and visit local vendors large meeting plazas are very common worldwide be it night markets, shopping arcades like the ones in Japan or giant public squares like in Germany.
