From what i understand you cannot use that rm005 module with the evo chassis. I can try as i just got my mr04 chassis and already have the module for my other mini z models. But i also ordered the flysky evo receiver with my mr04.

This new MR04 issue completed with car shell rtr set for basic players?
Or issue as chassis type for intermediate / advance players? Require own transmitter, wheels and car shell buy separately?

Scope of delivery is a stand alone chassis. It will require receiver and radio. I believe that there will only be Noble, Futaba and KO EX-Next support so far.

How much does having suspension on one side affect it?

It has suspension on both ends, the front is just very small. It's very similar to a 1/10 F1 chassis.
