- This video is a combination of two hunts over the past month at a historic 1820s plantation house. We had a lot of fun at this one finding early 1800s relics and an amazing coin find. Thanks for watching!
Gear Used:
Metal Detector: Minelab Equinox 600
Pinpointer: Garrett Pro-Pointer
Flat buttons, ball button, round ball...and a TRIME!!! Wow, what an amazing hunt, Zach!💖
Thanks so much Cynthia! Glad you enjoyed!
Hi Cynthia! Glad you got to see more footage of that amazing trime find. It was so cool seeing that in person.
New viewer, great hunt!
Great hunt guys!! I can't believe how shallow that time was!!
Thanks man! I couldn’t believe it either until I saw the imprint! Hope you’re doing well
Kyle is the koolest! Great job on the channel as always!!
Wow a surface Trime. And in absolute beautiful shape. Love all those buttons finds. What an awesome property. Thanks for sharing. Good luck, happy hunting and take care.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed, this has been a fun property for sure
Wow awsome array of cool Buttons. The Tryme find was excellent. Keep swinging
Thanks for stopping by!
What a gorgeous property! Way to go!
Thanks Bob! We should meet up and hunt again sometime!
Another great hunt Zach! Love all those old buttons. And thanks for keeping it Ad free, makes watching so much more enjoyable!!
Hard find homes like that here in Illinois. Great Job!!
Thanks Don glad you enjoyed! These homes are hard to find in Missouri too, but there are a few select counties that have this old of history where they have these types of houses
Pretty sure that was a farmer coin Don !!!
Kyle's trime - disregarding the contact marks/scuffs on the obverse - would grade around MS-60, especially if there's still some observable mint luster as you mentioned in the video. Red Book value for an 1851 (first year, BTW) trime in MS-60 is $200.
Thanks for the info! Yeah we figured based off the values we saw it would be around that price
Buttons galore! Nicely done
Awesome hunt guys, thanks for sharing the adventure :)
Thanks man glad you enjoyed!
Awesome hunt guys!!
Thanks Will I appreciate it!!
The trime, on the surface, and in brand new condition, congrats on all of the dug coins and saves for the day 👍
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Great memories made there ! Can’t wait to go back in the fall time to hit the fields
Yeah man! Should be interesting to see what the fields have around there
Such an epic spot. Will always remember that place.
For sure! So many good times there
I wanna learn more about metal detecting, mostly about where it's legal to search. Where's it legal and not legal to search?
Great finds!
Thanks Brenda!
Good hunt 👍🏻
Thanks Fred!
What a BLESSED hunt guys! That Trime is gorgeous! Congrats to all of you! God bless!
Thanks so much! We always have a blast at these old plantation houses, you find such a mixture of artifacts at them. God bless!
Killer finds guys still looking for a triime! I wonder if the trime was dug up from some yard work? Can’t believe that would be still on the surface after all those years. I just had a hole where I pulled almost 30 buttons out of it unbelievable.
When is the next video coming out ? I always enjoy your vids. Thanks for sharing Zack
Thanks, new video coming out tomorrow actually! It will be a good one
@@GreatOutdoorsDetecting awesome can't wait. I always enjoy your part of the country and everything you find and share. Thanks again
Some special links to the past - you'd love to know what was happening when those artifacts were lost - so many hidden stories... Keep well guyz!
Wow a button bonanza!
It sure was! Thanks for stopping by!
All those flat buttons there must have been allot of yard work around that place back in the day…
Good job my friend😎🙂👍👏🤝🇲🇾
Kyle got older .good digs boys
1st! Nice Trime! Wish I could find one. What did it ring up as on the nox?
A solid 18. A different trime I found was hitting 16-17. I suppose it depends on condition and depth
You won't find any whiskey under that shank at 2:03! (Zach - just a bad Maker's Mark whiskey pun)
How did those folks keep their clothes on back then losing all those buttons. 😂
First year trime, no less! And in AU-45 (or so) condition??
Still waiting for my trime.
sup
Thanks ALWAYS... AND THANK YOU MOST FOR SAYING TY JESUS... LOVE Y'ALL

1800s clothes hanging off people because they kept losing their buttons.
yall need to go back to plug school there yards tore up bad wtf guys
a lot of the bare spots you are seeing are from moles. There was a lot of mole holes in that yard!
