About FNF
Friday Night Funkin' is a rhythm game in which the player must pass multiple "weeks", each usually containing three songs.[note 1] Each week, the player typically faces a different opponent.
During gameplay, the opponent will sing a pattern of notes which the player must mirror by pressing the arrow keys or WASD. At the bottom of the screen is a bar indicating how well the player is doing. The left side of the bar is red, representing the opponent. The right side is green, representing the player. Successfully hitting notes will increase the size of the player's bar, while missing notes causes the opponent's bar to expand. The player fails if the opponent's bar fills up the entire bar.
For each week, the player has the option to select one of three difficulties: Easy, Medium, and Hard. As difficulty increases, the speed of incoming arrows increases and the patterns of arrows become more complicated. The player's high score for each week on each difficulty is tracked and shown in the top corner of the week selection screen.

Speedrunner Mario isn't the antagonist of Terminal Montage's series. It's mostly the speed demon who possessed him.
He kinda is, based on the Smash Bros Ultimate one Terminal Montage made
@@BBPJ5 In smash Ultimate Speed Runner Mario actually "sacrifices" himself to save everyone. And we can actually see Luigi doing exorcism on Mario to make Speed Demon run away in Something About Super Mario World.

I just realized. The numbers of the statue (2401) is the exact time the game assets were shown as you can see the time is 24 years and 1 month after the release!

given Luigi's appearance and him lurking by the l is real statue and even the song name "watery grave" i think its supposed to be that for some reason lugi drowned and the l is real was created as grave because they couldn't get his body so they made a fountain to remember him
Fun fact: classified was created by the old group of the devs from mmnn which split up for an unknown reason
I read that it was because there was too much people in MMNM so the head of the project decided to divide them to work on another project, maybe I'm wrong because I read it from another person but I personally believe it to be true

There were a few characters that were originally gonna be put in the mod, but were scrapped and might be added in V2/2.0. Here are those characters:
- I HATE YOU Luigi
• He's from a creepypasta called "I HATE YOU" by Slimebeast. Basically, Luigi had enough of being overshadowed by Mario, so he ended up joining Bowser in order to get rid of Mario.
- Stanley
• He's from an analog horror series called "Super Mario 64: Classified" by Greenio. In 1995, a programmer for Nintendo named Jim was working on a copy of Super Mario 64, but was also fed up with constant complaints from the higher-ups to keep adding things. He then ends up accidentally downloading a sentient personalization A.I named Stanley into the game. Stanley is feeling miserable due to the endless torture he's experiencing and tries to get Jim to get him out of this nightmare.
- Luigikid
• He's an almost million-subscriber TH-camr who likes playing games about/reacting to Creepypastas.
I would really like it if these guys get put into V2/2.0. Another character I'd like to see get added is SMG4, more specifically Insane SMG4. So basically, SMG4 is a million-subscriber TH-camr who makes machinima videos of him, Mario, and some of their friends going on "dumb adventures". In some of his more recent episodes, SMG4 decided to make his "best video ever" (starting in the episode "SMG4... Are You OK?") and has been slowly going insane within the number of weeks he's spent in his room making his video, constantly saying to himself, "It's gotta be perfect." SMG4 starts to go overboard in the episode "MAR10 DAY!". In it, Mario is celebrating his special day with everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom. He also had a special main event planned, but he needed SMG4 for it, who was still in his room. Mario then tries to get his friends Tari, Bob, Meggy, & SMG3 to get 4 out of there. But after many failed attempts, Mario sadly decided to cancel Mar10 Day, only for Wario to claim Mar10 Day for himself. Mario and Meggy then end up fighting Wario & Waluigi. Then, SMG4 finally comes out of his room, with his overalls all dirty, his har messed up, facial hair starting to grow, and his eyes all bloodshot. He ends up bursting into anger because the wi-fi router was damaged during the fight, and he starts attacking everyone, trying to get them to leave. He even shuts out his own friends as he goes back to his room.
There's an analog horror series by the same name and the mod may be based off of that

Maybe “L” is something possessing luigi, and the end of 64, like, after you throw bowser, there’s another set of levels to beat before the final boss being “L”, and then at the actual ending of 64 is “L” getting separated from luigi

Lore aside for a second, I like the idea that girlfriend turns her head to boyfriend or Mario, depending on who's singing. Not many mods have that.
