That's a system software error and that could only be fixed with an hard reset or we can say "resinstalation of the system software" which will be quite an hectic process as it's mot easy to find the correct downloadable file Accord to the model or version.

no you need internet to download them cause it's like play store sort of thing that's why you need Sim card .

You cannot sadly because it's not having Android wear OS installed in it. For that you can go for other smartwatches though which are a bit mote expensive but will let u have Android experience in your watch.

Billing process fail hone ka Matlab aapne sim mein recharge nahi kiya hai.
Kisi bhi mobile recharge shop pe jaake normal 20-50 rupees ka balance karwaein uske baad firse try karke dekho agar ho jaata hai to well & good nahi to merko batana to main kuch aur suggest karunga.
