This development should have wholeheartedly, intentionally, sufficiently considered adequate tree coverage, not just doing public relations by mentioning green in its communication. It's no excuse to recreate another concrete jungle with the knowledge we have now on global warming and actual green developments.

Looking forward to Chams Media Schools across 47 counties including Kakamega, Kisumu, Turkana, Nakuru, Mombasa, Machakos etc . Small class sizes offering journalism, videography ,web development,editing,3d,gaming etc and all digital related content that support media, documentary and movies .
To sustain the schools you can establish Chams media group that invests in various sectors including agriculture, tech and real estate . Ideally if Chams Media group investment ventures are profitable then you can provide scholarships at Chams Media schools and grants for Chams Media school graduates to establish their media houses .
After Kenya you can work with your alumni to establish Chams Media Schools across east Africa starting with Rwanda and the continent . Vast opportunity for the youngest continent in the planet .
Small school small class sizes 10-15 students per stream the best . Quality.

To my African family when you come to the U.S.. or any other country outside of Africa get some music, books, pictures etc of African Americans, and all people from the diaspora this way you can understand their history and what we and our forefathers have been through and have overcome and are still overcoming. And most especially what we as a people have accomplished in spite of our names, culture, tribes and basically everything striped away in order to enslave us body, minds and but for the GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD our souls.

*i did not see ventilator above the cooker in the kitchen, when you cook the entire house would smell of the food one is preparing, not bad anyway but from a hygienic perspective that device is necessary in a modern kitchen, and it is not all that expensive*

Built-up grease in a kitchen ventilation system can lead to a fire disaster
