Fantastic idea! My 12 year old and I have bought a few bulk lots at local thrift stores. We have sorted them by part type and I used them this winter to build a bunch of the retired winter village sets using instructions from the Lego app. I had to make some substitutions, but they turned out great.
Woaow that's an incredible lot for sure, when I say I'm overwelmed by my small 10 kg lot, it's a shame!😂 And you... You have a tons of lego that's huge!!! You gonna be my model this year to sort my small lot, I can't wait to see this journey!!😊
1492 lbs!! Good luck, almost done sorting a few bins of bulk and it’s not for the faint of heart. Sounds like you plan to sort by element which is what I am doing.
Greg, this was a great idea! You should do this more often. Of course, this could get costly so maybe smaller cheaper prizes, but this was a great idea! Thanks for doing this.
Absolutely. It makes it fun for everyone and it’s a great way to give back. I’m thinking we bring back the MOC contests from yesteryear. People loved those.
250 pounds. Step 1: you have a lot of half full bins and ziplock bags laying around. Empty the small containers into the bins. Consolidate so the stack isn’t eating up half your basement.
576 Pounds. That takes me back when I did my family's life Lego collection during time off from Covid, I added a 40 pound lot to the stash that was organized by color and smaller pieces, but then I added a 50 slot compartment bin to organize all the even smaller pieces into that are hard to find, and flying through like a machine with 10 to 15 piles to work on at a time, it took around 100 hours, so kudo's to you for dedication, I'd love to get more, but the time is costly, can't wait too see it all done 👍
832 lbs of pure brick joy. I never had them as a kid. Now in my 50s I am enjoying being a kid again. Building the UCS Falcon but my day job keeps getting in the way.
I am going to guess around 983 lbs. It would be interesting to see you keep all of the non-lego and assorted toys as you sort and find out what they weigh after you are done, heh. Keeping track of the stats like number of catalogues and such just makes it interesting to know, and seeing what the "junk" inside looks like would be crazy to see. As well: Sorting Montage for a week, with some special clips on the side. :)
I’m going to go retro with this and say 486 lbs. Also glad to see someone else do lego organizational and sorting content. Looking forward to your content.
500 LBS! Let's Go! I love Lego organizing! Don't get overwhelmed, you've got all year. Dedicate January to just removing all the non-Lego. Dedicate February to cleaning it all. Dedicate March to...well, you get the jist. Set goals and benchmarks to reach and stick to.
How come all of your yard sale stuff looks so clean. My bulk buys look like what you’d find under a couch cushion. I get non-lego toys, dog hair, food, loose change, and god knows what else in my bulk.
4852 pounds , and Roxy and meilo cat having a ball or Lego zone moment , coty thinking Calgon ,take me away , Clark thinking I don t know where to start with all of this , all those Lego ,and solo many moc thoughts !🎨
I still have 15 160qt rolling storage bins loaded to the max with Lego that I need to sort. I already went through 5 bins. Got all off of fb market place. I sort about 5 hours on Sundays.
I’m gonna throw 456.1 lbs out there. It’s really hard to tell but I have experience lifting heavy bins of my own unsorted collection, so I did some very basic math and rounded up a little, I’m excited to see what it really is!
For me, 1100lbs. I think you can wash these pieces with the help of washing machine and old pillow case (if only Mrs. Brickitect will let you use it) :) good luck with sorting
I say 560 pounds. Nigh I suggest making or buying a size sorter to separate big pieces from smaller ones, not sure if you ever seen those. I made one out of a drawer unit on wheels and went from top to bottom drilling progressively smaller holes in the bottoms of the drawers.
I'm going to guess the very random number of 612 lbs. My almost 4 year old is currently sorting his duplos all over the living room rug, as he's watching your video in the background. He's going to love all of these upcoming organizing videos!
1200 lbs Looks like fun but do you have drawers to store the loose LEGOs.. You need to free up the space in the Storage room for More LEGOs. You will be done by April.
It's cool to have all this lego But knowing that there's loads of bins full of Lego not cleaned and worst of all, NOT SORTED makes me a bit worried How are you going to sort all of these
612 pounds. I've done big sorts before...start a bin for trash, a bin for non-Lego, etc. Remember to segregate any bins that have sets you want to complete.
Not just sorting. Maybe each month you could do a Lego. Shopping at the Lego store or at shops at shopping centres Dude. It be nice to see what sets Clark man and you ad buy And maybe Clark man can have a Lego channel he can build sets with us and then do a separate video of reviews on it love from Kate last
Some of those bins can be used for sets brought from stores that not done Between Clark man building sets that your back log and you organise ing Lego To put in your Inventory at make a check lis5 of what Lego parts you have plenty of and ones you don’t have plenty of. Love from Lego Kate I think you will have over 15000 lbs worth of Lego Kate 🇦🇺
I wish I had all that lol. Sorting is very soothing to me. My guess in pounds would probably be 478.32 lbs. I'm not even sure how I came up with that number lol.
Im going to go for the devilish number of 666 lbs because that is one hell of a task. I did the same thing with just over 1000 lbs with a friend of mine that is very proficient in sorting and it took us 5 years, but we worked on it for 3 months straight and then we only sorted when he visited for a weekend here and there.
lego does have a program wherer you can ship lego back to them for free to be redistrubuted to children who do not have access to lego, if you find you have lego you cant use or think you have way too much
285 lbs. There are definitely some cool sets in a few of those totes. The totes that look like sets should figure out what ones you have. Rest short videos of a cup a day would be perfect. Always wanted to weigh my Lego collection.
632 lbs, if you care to know about the sets in there, tackle the boxes one by one, else I’d say, empty the smaller stuf in the big bins. Consolidate, please do the Pick a brickitect, but fill up a bucket, not a cup.
I enjoy all Lego videos building buying sets. And organising Lego parts. Your awesomeness. Love these video hi chicks hi Roxy bear hi Clarke man hi ad and mom
In that collection, you might actually have Mr. Gold!!😂
600 ibs have fun sorting. I've been watching you videos for the past 7 years and enjoy watching all your videos keep up the good work.
I’d bet 745 lbs. I’d love to have that collection!!! Can’t wait to see what’s all in there
Fantastic idea! My 12 year old and I have bought a few bulk lots at local thrift stores. We have sorted them by part type and I used them this winter to build a bunch of the retired winter village sets using instructions from the Lego app. I had to make some substitutions, but they turned out great.
My guess is 276 lbs

It's like a swimming pool full of used Lego. 😲
576 Pounds. 888 lbs ! Can’t wait to see the vintage bin :o
408lbs? I'm really excited to follow your journey!!❤
I got though around 300lb of lego in around 6 months so I believe in you good luck
Oh I would LOVE that job!! Oh the joy!
832 lbs of pure brick joy. I never had them as a kid. Now in my 50s I am enjoying being a kid again. Building the UCS Falcon but my day job keeps getting in the way.
I wish you the best of luck!
This came out just as I’m starting my part sorting process
Try to pick out as many of mini figs and consolidate the rest of the bulk so you can sort it!

232 + the lego looks very clean and not too dirty so Imma go ahead and make the assumption that's gonna save much time of cleaning
1019lbs that is the amount every kid dreams of when it comes to Lego!
You're so right I would love to have that many Legos
Great video Greg! I love Lego sorting!
Time does fly, just saw that Clark turned 10 meaning I’ve been watching for nearly 8 years. Feel so old and I’m only 20 lol
500 LBS! Let's Go! I love Lego organizing! Don't get overwhelmed, you've got all year. Dedicate January to just removing all the non-Lego. Dedicate February to cleaning it all. Dedicate March to...well, you get the jist. Set goals and benchmarks to reach and stick to.
827 LBS. my absolute dream. Now I would sort by color and then eventually by the size of the color. But I know you’re a different breed of creature
980 Pounds ans ahhhhh I cant to see the progress and long videos on you and Clark sorting this out!!!
LOVE the pick a brickitect idea but do them as shorts once a day
Hi Greg. We are fellow A.F.O.L’s here in the UK. I’m( Doug) guessing 710lbs🤞. Good luck with the organisation 🤘
you have some good stuff in there that castle is great
How come all of your yard sale stuff looks so clean. My bulk buys look like what you’d find under a couch cushion. I get non-lego toys, dog hair, food, loose change, and god knows what else in my bulk.
679 lbs. I'm excited to see how this turns out, keeping the collection organized is the eternal struggle 😁
4852 pounds , and Roxy and meilo cat having a ball or Lego zone moment , coty thinking Calgon ,take me away , Clark thinking I don t know where to start with all of this , all those Lego ,and solo many moc thoughts !🎨
876 lb. Lots of lego! Have fun sorting! 😂
I wish I had that bin with the vintage castle in it. I am a very big fan of vintage castle. I see you have set 6080 kings castle from 1984 in there.
I still have 15 160qt rolling storage bins loaded to the max with Lego that I need to sort. I already went through 5 bins. Got all off of fb market place. I sort about 5 hours on Sundays.

1350. Got my own mess I have to deal with. Wishing good luck to the both of us.
I’m gonna throw 456.1 lbs out there. It’s really hard to tell but I have experience lifting heavy bins of my own unsorted collection, so I did some very basic math and rounded up a little, I’m excited to see what it really is!
This makes me feel better then my lego organization
For me, 1100lbs. I think you can wash these pieces with the help of washing machine and old pillow case (if only Mrs. Brickitect will let you use it) :) good luck with sorting

363lbs…it’s a daunting task but what a treasure hunt! Good luck!
Happy birthday
727 lbs. good luck, that is going to be quite the undertaking, but so rewarding when its done.
I'm going to guess the very random number of 612 lbs. My almost 4 year old is currently sorting his duplos all over the living room rug, as he's watching your video in the background. He's going to love all of these upcoming organizing videos!
If I still live in Pennsylvania I would love to help you. I love sorting Lego but I live in Arizona now. I’m excited for the future videos.
What a great collection.I would say it is 93 kg
I remember watching when clark was really young. Man does time fly :(
I have this much or more and I have just started my no buy year until my sorting is done... 436lbs. is my guess! good luck
My guess would be 497 lbs, mind your back, mine was aching just watching you lift it all 😀
Be proud my friend as a wise person once told me “you can never have too much Lego”
I have done some Lego sorting for a recycle place before, but nothing on this level! I'm going to guess all of it weighs about 574 pounds.
618 pounds I have no idea, it is going to be so fun watching you go through all that!
I remember most of the videos where you bought all the bulk also if you find a Deadpool you should gimme
1200 lbs
Looks like fun but do you have drawers to store the loose LEGOs..
You need to free up the space in the Storage room for More LEGOs. You will be done by April.

612 pounds.
I've done big sorts before...start a bin for trash, a bin for non-Lego, etc. Remember to segregate any bins that have sets you want to complete.

Vintage Space Lego are the best!!! my guess 777 pounds of Lego.
866 pounds, my son said we need to come help you and clark sort these all
847 pounds. I agree that you should consolidate them before sorting. Maybe do a before and then a after weight.
497 is my guess that’s a lot of Lego
lego does have a program wherer you can ship lego back to them for free to be redistrubuted to children who do not have access to lego, if you find you have lego you cant use or think you have way too much
285 lbs. There are definitely some cool sets in a few of those totes. The totes that look like sets should figure out what ones you have. Rest short videos of a cup a day would be perfect. Always wanted to weigh my Lego collection.
