i got bottom braces in the beginning of the month and i found a lot of things relatable. could you do another what i eat in a week cuz i need braces food suggestions
it probably depends, but it did kinda hurt when they were taking the top part off. when it is fully off though, there is no lasting pain. the pain is only there while the take it out :)

But now I can hear that sharp sound at the end of every word you say,i noticed it due to someone who I know that is a boy who has braces up and down the teeth's. @nguyenrtv yes it definitely was! I feel it would have worked even better if I'd gotten it in my earlier teen years, but it still worked well. Are you also doing it to fix an overbite/overjet?
@@MayaVenice yes! it is to fix an overbit so i dont have to do jaw surgery! Im nervous about it though.. does it hurt a lot? but im hoping it is really effective and i see a difference!
