I just got my expander put on and my braces are due to be put on in September. I’m so excited and nervous but I’ll be getting braces when I start university!!
I am also struggling to get braces from a very long long time. I am not that confident because of my teeth because it makes my face look more of a weird shape and I cannot close my mouth easily
i just got rubber bands and OMG IT HIRTS SO BAD i got them in the triangle one and it hurrrrttttsss i just got them yesterday so i’ll probably get used to them
How were your gums with them. I know when I went to my dentist for a cleaning, they thought my gums were massive with braces and were bright red. So they had to put a needle in it to drain something out. It hurt more on the bottom then anything
I may be late but I went to the dentist today to get checked up and they said in august I might get them im sooo exited but also scared edit: Idk i think thats where I also get checked but I still have 6 months soo

omg slay! i got braces in december 2023 and i’ve never had an expander. braces hurt for a little bit but then they feel better! ❤

The reason why your teeth hurt after having the soup is because since it was warm it activated the wire, try having cold food instead
