  • PID control is performed by PID control instruction. The PID instruction requires the system to calculate the output (MV) value from the measured (PV) value. Through combining the P (proportional) action, I (integral) action, and D (derivative) action the target (SV) value can be obtained.

    The proportional gain , integral time and differential time are important constants for executing the auto-tuning function and for optimizing the PID control. These constants can be set automatically.

    Hello!! How do I use the PID output, this value in analog (0~4095) in a digital output in PWM? For example in the video you explain the PID, how do I transform the output into digital PWM??

    HI; would you please help me with programming a pid instruction to controle speed of FAN ( analog out is from 0 TO 10V) plc is AMX FX3U 26MR AND SOFTWARE IS GX WORKS2.
    I HAVE TRIED BUT THE PID OUTPUT NOT WORKING
