It's worth the price, just the view alone is worth maybe a $500k premium. However, the house needs a more modern renno, for example the kitchen, it looks like something from the late 90s. Nevertheless, the price is excellent and with maybe a million to upgrade, one would have a near perfect home.
Its styling is a decade pass it's time. Its gonna take 3 or 4 million to renovate the monster. Making the pool look like a resort would suck 500K so fast.
