To be fair buying on the shop instead of just purchasing 3 chests for 6k gold is already a bad decision unless its the last copy you need for the ultra upgrade
Fun fact: if you wanted an ultra, you should only buy that specific troop in the shop, because if you buy every troop, that limits the amount of babies for a specific character you are going to get. Basically if u wanna do this, start with the closest/most op ultras and only buy them, then go onto other characters
the clash IP made a lot of sense for an auto-chess game keeping the competitive side and casual side happy as the game was wacky and easier to understand (compared to games like TFT) but there were still lots of times u had to outsmart those last couple people and it gets hard. playing Squad Busters tho it feels almost like an I.O game only for a casual PvP player base
No one is supposed to play the game like this, making things cost more to progress discourages people from wailing making it the most healthy supercell game to date, you literally get more from cosmetics, that’s awesome.
You can get to all 3 stars within 2 months of playing without spending a dime.. but to get from 3 star to 4 star- you need like 2000 dollars, or years of playing The way the monetization is balanced is crazy bad imo

Everybody's talking about him buying the megas, but I'm pretty sure he stopped buying them after a little bit because you can see in the timelapse that the mega units aren't grayed out like the other shop items. Just wanted to save y'all from a heart attack.

It takes 15k$ just to only level up a max account from lvl 14 to lvl 15 in clash royale, molt (probably around 25k from zero). You have severely underestimated the greediness of supercell. and it would take around 45k$ in coc without pass and offers.
