Where PriceSmart is said to be building is further down Ironshore away from Whitter Village, across the road from Zoëtry Montego Bay hotel... you have to look near where Tyre Warehouse is. It's literally on the side of the road, you can't miss it... visible construction is taking place.
That square shaped building in Whitter Village of grey roofs, orange walls and red near the doorway seems suspiciously similar to the ones in Mandeville and Fairview Montego Bay... I wouldn't be surprised if that turned out to be a Wendy's too; the colors and designs are very similar.

The land immediately beside the Tyre Warehouse is supposed to be the host for something else. Just that the high interest rates are slowing down the start of a lot of projects. The site for the construction of the hotel is close to the Old Fort Craft Market. Maybe you can find some friendly vendors to show you where.

Look at green building on hill rightside. Just go past upper deck at the corner of Park Ave and you'll see the construction site
I have been to that site. It's the Racquet Club CONDOMINIUM and Spa. That's a different construction project if we are talking about the same place.
