I had a work comp meniscus tear and after the surgery they see it’s not getting better and now they are saying I may need a knee replacement due to arthritis . I’m a truck driver and only 35 years old. Am I in good position to turn down the knee replacement and ask for a settlement? If so is it a good amount? Etc..
