Ok this is so random I know but bless you for commenting this - I’m a stay at home mom of a newborn and my oldest just turned 2 and have been relying so much on screen time to survive (we’ve always used it but lately it’s been on a new level lol)… but with the hormones right now I often beat myself up about it 🤦♀️😩 so I really appreciate normalizing this perspective!! ❤
Screen time is my solid. I have 3 kids, and work full time no way can I entertain them while I cook or work.
@maddygrace17 I totally get it and it's totally ok! I will be in the same boat as you very soon lol. I have an almost 2 year old and have one on the way! Before becoming a mom, I definitely thought I wouldn't do screen time, but honestly staying home with a toddler and trying to get all the house work done on top of caring for her, it's overwhelming and screen time helps a lot! It's definitely a personal decision for each family, but it's important not to be hard on others because of what works, even yourself. You're doing great, mama. If no one's told you that lately, take it from this stranger lol❤️

I feel you on the trend of not showing your kids online. It does seem kinda sus because how is it that somehow all of these people have the same “epiphany” all at the same time? I don’t think everyone is doing it out of peer pressure, but I think most of them are.
We’ll see in a couple of years which families are still blurring out their kid’s faces and only showing the back of their heads. The good thing is, I don’t think anything bad will come out of being more private online. Just don’t act like you’re on some moral high ground while doing it. Thanks for sharing your perspectives!! ❤
I would have to disagree on the dog take. I absolutely think a dog should stay outside and be able to come in if the weather is cold or rainy. But I personally do not enjoy the smell of a home that the pets stay indoor, it’s a personal choice. But the dogs go outside to use the bathroom or whatever, I just think of the amount of bacteria and germs they would bring inside the home each time. You can’t just wipe their paws each time , they sit, they roll outside and all those outside germs are coming in the home???? That doesn’t sit well with me. Plus my kid has asthma. So that’s a no no. But it’s my personal take of course. 😬☺️

Josh and Sav style is just so cool. They always look mint. I have only just started watching but Sav, don’t let people make you feel guilty for not breastfeeding it’s you choice. I never breastfed and people used to make me feel terrible. You’re a brilliant mummy ❤❤❤
I never breastfed either. Shockingly, the hospital was more supportive than friends and family.
@@bkessinger94I never got milk with my first and with my second, 12 years later, my milk came in for 2 pumps and poof was gone. My family was supportive either way since we had to formula feed the first time.. but this time was a traumatic L&D, with me near death & in emergency surgery and babygirl in NICU for 17 days.. but that hospital staff was on me about me pumping and/or trying my best to breastfeed. But I think my milk disappeared because of my baby not being home with me and they didn’t want my milk at first due to me being on painkillers from the surgery.. so I’m sure it’s situational, I guess! 🤷🏼♀️ ❤️

Hey! Fellow swiftie here lol. I would HIGHLY recommend listening to Folklore if you haven’t already. She is really known for her lyrics and story telling. That’s why people love her music so much. Also, for the re-recordings, her music was stolen from her and wasn’t given the opportunity to buy it and found out in an article that it was bought my Scooter Braun. Supposedly there were conversations between her and someone to not sell it to him, but her label, at the time, Big Machine Records, did anyways which meant she would not own any of her masters/ original recordings or any of the art that she created. Now, she is taking it back with the re-recordings and she is owning all her work. I thought I would add that anything after 2019 she owns. Hope this helps!

Nooo I do not grab the first item in the grocery store. I will do whatever to grab an item further back. Also because it’s fresher items. When stores restock they bring forward the other soon to expire items and fill up the back with the newer /fresher stuff. So I always grab in the back yes joshhhh👏🏼
These days grocery stores don’t have help, so most don’t rotate.

In some cultures, dogs living outside full-time is the norm. These dogs are kept outside for the security of the homeowners and/or livestock (to protect against/alert the owners of intruders). It is not to say they are not cared for and loved. They are cared for with water, food, a space to sleep and other necessities. They are loved and appreciated by the owners. Additionally, certain climates make it favourable for them to live outside.
35:30 This growing obsession with animals/pets is slowly approaching bestiality or zoophilia. I get that people love their pets/animals, but they’re not your child or companion or even human. Yes, treat them well. But at the end of the day, it’s still an animal.
And fun fact: before people started bringing animals into their homes, guess where they lived? OUTSIDE😂 It’s literally their nature to be there.

The worst part of that influencers dog, was that we had video of where she allowed her child to pull its ears, hit the dog, and be mean to the dog. So the dog nipped the child. You rehome the dog or get training for it. Or teach your CHILD not to pull or hit the dog. That influencer lady was absolutely wrong. Evil.

My oldest daughter (9) hold the door for me to go by with my double stroller and she’s so sweet bc she’ll hold the door for who ever comes by. Some scenarios they take advantage and too many people go by or some don’t say sorry. It gets me so heated!! Jezzzz it’s not that hard! 😊

Yeah, Taylor is definitely improving her music to her liking. As a creative (architect) the process is tedious, and as humans in general I think we tend to be critical of our creations and want to keep fixing them until we deem them perfect. Now I don’t really listen to her but I have heard her music in passing and thought to myself “she has a beautiful voice” also she takes good care of people in need and her crew, which tell me she cares about humanity. I think she’s a sweetie pie 😊

I’m a mother who exclusively pumps and it can be such a hassle! Have been doing it for almost a year now and it’s hard having to be back from family gatherings or from outings to have to pump and store the breast milk. My son didn’t take ANY of my freezer stored milk I had for 6+ months so I exclusively pump to store a few Oz in the fridge and for immediate feedings. 😭 Hats Off To ANY mother tho ofc ❤

I have a magnetic white board on the refrigerator. And next to it a little magnetic cup of dry erase markers. If I run out of ANYTHING I write it down on the board. If anyone in the house needs anything write it on the board. And before I go to the store I always take a picture of the board and that's my shopping list

If you analyze the cords and range in Taylor’s music, it’s insanely impressive and never been done before. I am a huge swifite and if you’ve only heard her pop albums you may not be a fan bc it’s “basic” but she’s done so many other genres that you may enjoy if you give it a chance! I wouldn’t say you don’t like her if you’ve never given it a shot. Also her performance endurance and creativity is also very impressive. She’s broken so so many records so even if you’re not a swiftie per say, you can still appreciate her grind and the person she is. Just some thoughts! I suggest listening to evermore or folklore if you want to hear a different vibe that you’re not used to hearing from her.

Re the dog stuff (and I'm the in the camp of bringing dogs inside bc I live in a cold weather state!) but sometimes that's cultural! My parents grew up in the south and confirmed this as well as growing up visiting with all my cousins... all their animals outside animals which doesn't necessarily happen in the Midwest and northern states! :)

I agree that what’s the difference of showing your kids now vs later? Seriously, a parent who shows their kids whole body every day and not their face is worse and especially weird. Content doesn’t need to revolve around your kids, but also be a normal person and don’t act like they’re not around.. And then acting like they’re in danger is a stretch, while the parents post their full names and share their entire life story, I could debate this all day haha it’s a baseless trend. A trend is something everyone is doing for one reason or another, it’s a trend

Man, it really rubbed me the wrong way when Josh was like the dogs who have behavioral issues should just go spend the rest of their life out of shelter. Like excuse you there are places that take in dogs that have behavioral problems like farms and ranches. Heck, there are even people that will take those dogs in. So the fact he was like yeah let’s just throw them in the shelter…. I just can’t get behind that like. It’s like God forbid their dogs did anything it’s sad to know that instead of looking for those other options that you taken problem dogs, he would just want to send them to the shelter.
