Stayed in the Marriott, very good hotel. Food in the buffet was pretty good. Lovely rooms and shower. Praia golf course was great, but West Cliffs is a monster if you are not straight and quite long. Greens were rapid on 16 June!! Good luck

I’ve played at Praia quite a few times. Great course and lovely place in general. The ocean holes are amazing but the wooded holes are great as well! I need to go back and see West Cliffs!

Played Westcliffs in August 2020. As high handicap player just choose the suitable tee. Lovely views on second nine. Entourage and everything high standard. Top course.

These 2 courses were great. Not lots on site to keep you entertained (stayed in apartment at Praia) but short taxi could take you to a few bars/restaurants.
Also played Royal Obidos. Golf wise, these are some of the best calibre of golf course in Portugal. Better than your Villamoura courses, but not as good for nightlife etc.
Also, don't be fooled by the weather forecasts!!! That sea mist doesn't always burn off over the courses.. 5 minutes inland though and it can jump by 10 degC.

Great Video Kev, hope you are well, not played there yet but Simon and I played Vale de Lobo (ocean & royal) both courses great but the Royal, even though tougher by far the best course I will play in my lifetime!
