I feel like I didn't like Akiva when I first read a daughter of smoke and bone and the second book is just okay so I never ended up finishing the series. The twist is annoying lol.

There is something about the Daughter of Smoke and Bone Trilogy and the Strange the Dreamer duology that I have been thinking about since i read all the books, and i never see anyone talk about it. But it can be a huge spoiler, so I understand why nobody talks about it. But I was always wondering if other people realised it and if they thought it was as cool as I did, at the time of reading them! I hope somebody here who has read all the books knows what I'm talking about 🤣
