I think it's an ideological decision not to do it. I mean there is no good business reason / player retention reason not to give it. I know there are whole seminars on how "over delivering" is "dangerous"... like Bungie's GDC speech (aka the reason I quit Destiny 2)... but I just think Hoyo simply doesn't want to. They can copy from anyone they want.
I personally had no issue with samurai's or spectre's materials. I had a lot of fun just fighting them from time to time for lolz and for my characters test purposes. Guess what, the best unit to fight spectres end up being Faruzan! She is absolute champ in that regard. Not need for any support from other teammates, not letting the enemies land a hit on her, even when they freakin burst after death. Gorgeous.
Those nobushi's have it in for me, I swear. They will be dropping nothing most of the time, making my entire farming worthless and making me spend more days than normal to get their materials.
@@sisters8a in other games, there is a hidden soft-cap for how much materials you get per day. It works like this: first XX kills give you bonus mats, with increased chance to drop rare mats, then all other kills have the standard drop chance (which is not that great). I don't know if Genshin has it, but just as a habit, I never farm any materials extesively. Instead, I'm having fun fighting these guys on occasion. That's how I got over 2000 handguards in my inventory.
I already have max adventure rank at 60, they need to increase the rank level. But yeah Spectres and Noubushi/Kagarai drop rates are ridiculous. Enemy trackers need to include all of a type of enemies. I still have issues with artifacts. I'm currently farming Desert Pavillion for Wanderer and I'm going to turn the ones I don't like into Verdant for Faruzan. Artifacts takes way too long to get what you need. Hell, I've had to settle with Xiao's in regards to Vermillion. I have ALL reputation quests done. Until Natlan comes out.
naku weed is not a problem. a severe lack of super annoying spectre tracking is a problem. also trees & mining nodes that don't count as regional specialties.
Get C1 Faruzan. Go to C-shaped island at Seirai region. Circle along the outer border of that island, collect all weed or places of interest you can see. There are lots of spectres spawning when you approach certain points. Do not use the freakin tracker, its too dumb. Go on adventure instead, you won't regret it! About Faruzan: she is the best unit to deal with these things. She stuns them with her vortex, and at C1, she can do it almost non-stop. Or you can unsheathe your cocogoat.
Probably never. It only really exists on paper even in their other games - you can skip some voiced cutscenes and dialogues, but still have to manually click through the unvoiced yapping.
Listening to Shark say "Quality of Life? Actual Quality of Life?" made me smile. I think if the teapot let's me put more companions in, that would be a win. I want friendship level 10 from all my characters (I'm OCD like that) and if I could have like 20 companions at once, it would help a lot.
You can't do the reputation quests once you max out the reputation level in every region. They're essentially taking away 150.000 free weekly mora, basically an extra 50 resin.
@@miladkarimi2682 Requests also give reputation EXP just like bounties do. It might somewhat work out if you don't care for the glider, but it still won't last long. Pretty much the only other remaining source of resin-free mora not accounting for the BP, exploration, quests and events starting from 5.0 will be the investigation spot grind, but hardly anyone has any time or effort for it.
Well Tracking specialties with characters can also be quite troublesome, as it shows you all specialties with the same symbol and sometimes they overlap. Say for example in Liyue. If I'm looking for Cor Lapis, it will also display the chillies and violet grass in the same area, so you end up going around in circles sometimes. (sure with practice it gets easier, but it could be optimized further).
I don’t like the reputation change. So basically that takes away one of your weekly sources of Mora each week once you max reputation in a region. So for the people who have max reputation in all regions, they can’t do the quests anymore and cannot get mora that way. Once they max out Nathan, that’s it too. If you’re rich it doesn’t matter, but for those of us who run out trying to upgrade talents and such, that’s a bummer. I need all the mora I can get.
12:32 so from what I understad here, we can still do the quest and get the Mora. The only difference now is that we wont get the BP points from the Weekly Missions cause it got remove after we max reputation.

That would be terrible if that is how it works. I'm not sure that's what Hoyo is saying... but I will wait and see. Because like many people I'm maxed in all five nations already and if this take is true, then I can only ever do reputation grind for Natlan (which is what I was going to do anyway) and then I will have fewer ways to make mora each week... sigh.

@@muminnek4 by doing the 3 ultra short and easy missions and 3 same bounties, you were able to get 150k mora per week even if you maxed the reputation. Now when you max it you won't be able to do them. So f2p no resin spending mora income per week will be 150k less. And as compensation we get singular 1m mora, but that will only equal 6.67 weeks. So from 7th week onward f2p mora income will be 150k less per week than it is right now. That's bad in the long run. Yes the free 1m is a temporary positive but from 7th week onwards it will negative

I'm glad they're bumping up the drops for ruin hunter/guards 'cause you need them (it's me, i need them xd) a lot when upgrading weapons, but mostly I'm happy about noubushi drops since now I can actually wish for Ayato's next rerun and not worry I will have to farm for ages. Also is it me or erasing the bounty/requests tasks from bp period isn't really that great when it's getting replaced with enhancing artifacts 100 times to get max 60 primos for the trouble. Who's gonna actually do it 100 times each month?
I was HELL finding naku weeds without the character with specialty finder ( i think its gorou?) I always go dizzy and my eyes would hurt from the over saturated and flashy amakumo peak
They should've increase drops in general. Making this improvement locked behind World Level 9, is rude; I gave so much feedback asking for increased drops at current ARs, this feels like a low blow. The other improvements are good QoL, but not exactly what I was asking for. I feel like Genshin makes up the wildest solutions, but they're a bit half-baked. I'd have to see what is like on the Live Server.
I don't understand why they don't just add all of fontaine's artifact sets to the strongbox, the region is over so why gate keep it until we get the the Cryo nation?
With limited enemies ingame tracking I really hate one thing. Once I reach tracking limit and still don't have enough materials, I go to interactive map for more enemies. BUT i just don't remember, which enemies I have already killed and which not - this system is so STUPID.
why can't we be able to get our characters up to level 100 it bothers me that we are just 10 levels off and if they're increasing enemy levels by 10 think it would be nice if we got to at least got to make lvl 100 characters
I don't much see any use for preserving characters' special dishes, 'cause those're recorded in the Archives. What's annoying is that Delicious and Suspicious dishes aren't.

i think, even with FuFu Arle Tao and shielder some enemies are "too much" even at 80Lv i mean how much HP they will have? 1 quadrilion? but they did add new artifact sets to alchemy table...great i requested it some time ago and enemy tracking well it find some but not all of them about that speciality dish that's me :D umm with long quests...they really have it already but only in fontaine i think but that thing with req. elements for quests that's nice

WL 9 is nice, but I think we must get our characters to level 100 too. Increased drops - no. I don't think this is necessary. Give us mechanic where you can get 5* artifacts reliably out of the world battles, from strong enemies. Now THAT would be great. Interface QoL - okay. Still not giving us artifact loadouts though. Quest system - yeah, its all fixing what they previously broke. The best criteria for quest system I've seen is STALKER game series, where you need to track the quest target all by yourself, and they won't just stay in place, they all have their own agenda. And then you track the quest issuer for rewards too. It he dies before you can extract your reward from him - too bad! Guess you worked for nothing, huh. Teaches you to think a bit before you accept a quest!
Locking World Level 9 behind AR 58 is so useless, to the point that it doesn’t even matter for most people anyway. At that point in the game, you would have so many characters already built, that getting the Materials for a new one is already no task... And considering that's considered the best improvement... Hoyo's response to feedback is still massively lacking... But hey, atleast they grand us a total of 60 Primogems per patch now. Truly generous...
hard disagree, sure I have a lot of characters built at AR 60, but I'd love to build some of my less useful 4*s for the funsies. It's a lot of time as is, so it would be great to have an easier time getting mats

I stopped playing genshin because it gives the illusion that it is a f2p friendly game but it's not. You can't get 1 5star character on every banner run. Either remove that garbage 50/50 system or give the players more primogems so they can afford 1 5star character on every banner. This game is kinda like clash royale. *New update drops* you look in game where is the update and then when you go to the pay money section there you find all the update. If you try to convince me that I'm wrong then I have another undeniable argument. The community and the game developers are horny 24/7 with weirdest fetishes. I don't want to be a part of that.
I have played and researched genshin impact for over 6 months. Watched videos how it was previously. I have seen old player accounts. I have seen the limited 4 star weapon events and I'm dislike it so much. Making 4 star weapons permanently exclusive so no one ever can get it if they haven't played that event that was in the past. Don't get me wrong, there were some things I liked about this game but they were outnumbered by the things I dislike about this game.
How is not f2p , I am f2p and I have all the best charectors in the game and I can clear every content out there , there are so many games where I can never get things I want because they are hard locked behind pay will

Adding fontaine artifacts and late sumeru artifacts was a surprise already, they usually would've ended it with Wanderer's artifact set
