It's very wrong construction. Because, please refer the following below,
1. Concrete pouring height should be maximum of 1.00 m only. In this video, it greater than that
2. PCC work must be done before footing is laid, which affects the settlement of the building after some years based on the soil conditions.
3. Line, plumb and level must be done before footing is done which leads to change in alignment of the columns.
4. Vibration or compaction must be done for concrete works in order to reduce the voids and segregation, honey combing in concrete .
5. Eccentric footing and Normal footing must be aligned or position as per the engineer standards.
6. Shuttering must be done for Column works.
7. Curing must be done properly.
8. Colums must have a minimum rod size of = >12mm only.
