When he at first posted the vid it made the impression he did all the voices by himself (cause he didn't put it in the description at that time). I was also confused about the female voices, but it all became clear after he adjusted the description. :)

That was the point, this is an epic example of cheating your way to fame. However, considering most celebrities today don't have one tenth of Rob Cantor's creativity and talent, I'm glad he cheated.

Yes, he didn’t do all of the impressions but they were all from his friends and he credits everyone’s voice in the description. Besides that, he wrote the entire song and is a fantastic artist himself.
