My eyes are sensitive😭 but I like it so far I love the Hbcu environment. You just gotta stay on top of your work and study. i will say the school needs to improve with organization and listening to students opinions, but overall it’s a great school

I’m a sophomore now, but I really want to go to clark for the same major you’re in. Is it hard ? what’s it like?
Hey, I can’t really tell you if it’s hard since I just started getting my fashion classes this semester. The classes are decent so far but I believe they might be more challenging as you go forward depending on your focus in fashion. I do plan on starting a fashion series where I share what it’s like being a fashion major on campus.

If your a freshman do your share a dorm ?
Normally all freshman usually get put in traditional dorms where you share one room. I got put in suites so I share a room but our rooms are divided by a wall and there’s more space. Then there’s freshman that get put in brawley hall but it’s very rare because brawley is only meant for upperclassman. I don’t really know how the school organizes it but a tip is to apply for housing as soon as the portal opens to get placed in a good room.

What gpa did you have to get in?
When I applied in October it was a minimum of 2.5 on the website, now it shows an example gpa of 3.21 but I’m pretty sure if your a 2.5 and above you can get in. Also SAT scores weren’t required when I applied not sure if they are required now. Hope this helps💕
Can you have yours car on campus freshman year ?
Yes you can! you just have to purchase a parking permit
