being a vestax vci-400 user for donkey years.. your tutorial(s) will help me jumpstart using the unit... thanks again, cannot wait until the next one. keep it coming! 🔥 🔥 🔥
thank you for this beautiful presentation i bought the same controller and i would like to learn to master the synchronization because i'm a bit lost. thank you very much and good greeting from a dj from Algeria
@@idjchance ohh yeah it does! I love how theres so much you can do with it! And makes me think the sx is such a beginner controller lol but still love to rock with it bc of how comfortable I've gotten to be while using it. I cant wait to be that way with the DJ 808
Awesome video, I just picked up a lightly used one a couple of weeks ago to learn how to DJ. It fit nicely with various Roland gear I also want to pick up.
Thanks and thank you for the watch. Let me know if you have any questions. I also have the part one video you watch here: th-cam.com/video/K5JRICAlj2E/w-d-xo.html
Great video fam...To really maximize this controller, specifically with the Sequencer, Sync is a must. Also, shift plus any of the 4 on board FX will activate a 2nd layer of FX💯
Do you honestly think this can be better for a live use (I need to let musical base start and make some effects or loop on the fly) than MPC or Maskine? I have a synth to use together in synch, so basically I'd mix the songs with players to play real instruments on it.
Not a DJ, I come from drumming/beat maker/ and now recently. Les than a month started finger drumming and I am absolutely hooked. Just had a jam with a guitar player si recorded the entire jam. In an 8 track recorder. From there I’ll get guitar samples. To make tracks from scratch. I first owned mpc 1000 then maschine mikro then maschine studio and now I have the mpcOne and I know sync needs to be on In performing and recording and stuff, my only problem with it is the usb in the back not being able to function to use with other stand alone divides like the mpc one or the mv8800 which I am getting one soon. This thing looks and seems beastly for my workflow.
Excuse me mr. I’ve been waiting for your part 3 I hope you are doing thank you for your videos you are awesome they are funny
Much love for the comment and the watch. I no longer have this controller to play around with

Can you turn off the blinking start light on the TRS when you just want to mix?
I have no idea. I no longer have it. Thanks for the question and the watch Shane.

I do like it for live use. However I’ve never used the MPC or the Maschine so I can’t make the comparison.
I’m using it with the mpc 2500
